BAD CP

We went to this location because the Littleton one on Mineral Blvd is so cramped fights break out between customers. This location wasnt much better. At all. Immediately upon entrance to the Englewood store we felt we would be subject to search/seizure at any moment. Dont shop here unless you like staff following you around the store 3-5 at a time. It was so uncomfortable that we decided to buy our ONE item and leave. The "manager" not only denied stalking customers, but proceeded to yell at US for telling him we didnt appreciate it. He was extremely rude and his only response was that their sketchy plain-clothes loss prevention guy "wasnt security." No apologies, no anything. As a customer, I dont appreciate being lied to. Dont shop at this store if you are looking a pleasant experience. The staff all seem like washed-up druggies with absolutely no understanding of customer service. Wed rather pay MORE somewhere ELSE than to be treated like THIS.

Kal the so called assistant manager is horrible. I came in to return an item that I purchased less than 3 months ago, he acused me of lying, saying that it was over a year old. I know for a fact when I bought it because it was when I just moved into my new house. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer. With that said, I will never shop at Big lots in englewood again.

I work there and Ive been there for three months.... Some of our staff can be rude but all of our staff have hearts... Non of the associates a druggies... Yes our store is old and looks gross. We keep our store neat and tidy... Yes some of our managers can be rude and its because they are stressed running around.... We are a great store no matter what anyone says!!!

This was the only store I could find in the area that had turkey basters for a product production I am doing. The lady who answered the phone at customer service today was very helpful and friendly! Thank you!!

Older building, staff can be great or mediocre, but they do their best. Rotating items with seasons, sometimes you can find nifty treasures. Prices always good, and sometimes decent quality.

Super easy to return stuff here. Staff is pretty friendly. Great prices for decent furniture. You can easily rent a carpet cleaner too. I always find good deals here for pet supplies.

Fat night manager is rude and unsightly. Seriously, youre at work put some real shoes on. No adult should be wearing slippers in public. A hair brush wouldnt hurt either, Dawn.

Needed a few random things and only had limited cash on me, when I ended up being short $1.64 the cashier took it out of her own pocket. Thats good customer service! !
