Horrible! I take a in a fleet van today around 1:20 pm to have a spare tire put on so I can drive 30 miles to a contracted fleet maintenance shop to have a bulging tire replaced. The spare was to cover my ass so I didnt blow out on the way-just in case. For some reason, the associate decides to ignore basically every word I had just told him which explained everything I just typed... procedes to inspect the tires... telling me what I just got done telling him about the tires... and instead of continuing with a courtesy tire change he then asks "Why dont you just buy new tires while youre here". I explain to him again and once more after that that Im getting the work completed and just need the swap. Without him just ever saying "ok, lets swap that tire for ya" I started just climbing back into my van to leave as he still protested "Im just trying to earn your business". So, since the first strike of ignoring me multiple times wasnt enough, the second strike of trying to turn a courtesy into a $400 or more sale was more than enough to tell this idiot to forget it and risk a blowout-which never happened as I went rolling into my repair shop an hour later. At least this time the guy had the balls to attempt ripping me off before even putting me on racks and then coming at me 5 minutes later with that "liability" crap of not being allowed to drive off the site and down the road with balding tires AND THEN BEING FORCED INTO A SALE ANYWAY just like the last time I was at the 92nd and Wadsworth location a couple years ago just to have a nail removed and patched. So long story short, dont EVER take your vehicle in for any type of work unless you are just buying brand new virgin tires. If a real mechanic shop(with real mechanics) charges you a couple bucks then its probably well worth getting professionally scammed.

You know, I actually created a google account just to make a review. I have been to this place several times. so has my boss. Both times, they failed to call us when our car was finished. Never do they finish in a timely manner. Just today I went in to have my tires rotated and one tire fixed because there was a screw inside the tire. When I went to pick up the tire, the tire was not fixable, which is fine. Its the fact that I picked up my car and the tires had not even been rotated and they just put my spare on without changing the old wheel with the spare wheel. I would rather not drive around with my spare wheel on my Lexus. Basically this place is terrible. They need to get new management!!!!!

This is probably the worst Discount Tire location I have ever been to. Today I came in with a flat tire and was turned away. They were no longer taking anymore cars even though I came in several hours before they closed. Another time I made an appointment and when I came in for it I was turned away since they had a 4 hour wait. They suggested I come in another day. So Im not sure how to get helped here they turn away walk ins and appointments. Although Im still a big fan of Discount Tire I will not return to this location for any future business. Id rather drive double or triple the distance for better service.

Discount Tire does it again! First off Id like to thank Ben for taking care of me today. I woke up to a flat tire and discovered a screw in it. I took the truck to Discount Tire knowing that the tires on my truck were bought through Firestone. I thought Id try out Discount because of the outstanding customer service Ive recieved over the years. I was honest with Ben up front about the tires and he still took care of me. Discount continues to lock in my business! It truly is people like Ben that keep a large organization like Discount Tire at the top. Thanks again Ben!!

Best service, Best advice, Best value. We own several cars ranging from muscle cars to late model sedans and we wouldnt consider purchasing tires anywhere else. We were long time customers at the store on Broadway and followed the crew over to Belleview when they closed that store. Bill, the manager runs this store as if it were his own. He is kind, caring and honest. The employees are very respectful and knowledgeable. Best place for WOMEN to purchase tires. You will be treated well,not be cheated and you will be sold the best tire at the best price.

I was stranded one night with a flat tire and bent rim! This night I was REALLY tired, and partially fell asleep and drove over a meridian curb! The store was closed, but there were still people there. They came running out and temporarily replaced my wheel so I could go home. I returned the next day to buy a new tire which had already been replaced on the fixed banged rim (they had knocked it back into shape!). They wouldnt charge me for any labor, just for the tire! Very honest, helpful and qualified people. Ill definitely return for more tires!!

Customer service starts with respect for the customer. The wait times at Discount Tire is always 1 hour and up even when extremely slow and despite having an appointment. Forget about going on a Saturday unless you want to spend the day watching the tires get put on vehicles. I dont recommend doing business here. Tires are easy enough to find at competitors that value your time and appreciate your business by returning your car in a timely fashion.

Have bought tires and wheels on several different vehicles through this store. Bill is our go to for everything. He is extremely polite and makes sure all experiences are a positive one. I will never shop at another tire store and I will reccommend this store to everyone. Thank you so much for treating your customers like they actually matter! Ask for anyone in the store they are all wonderful people and are trained on how to treat customers!

These guys seriously do an amazing Job. I brought my Land Rover in about a month ago with a flat, and they fixed it free of charge! I asked them how long it would take, because I had only an hour left before I was leaving to go out of town. They told me it would take about half an hour, and it only took 20 minutes! This kind of thing never happens. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to this place, I will for sure go back!

I special ordered some tires through them for my Jeep - their prices were just as good as anyone elses. Then, yesterday, another vehicle I own, but hadnt purchased tires for through them ended up going over a bolt and getting a flat. Well, I took it to them ready to buy new tires, but they fixed my flat for free. Im definitely going to be headed back their way when said vehicle needs new tires in about a year.

This is where I always bring my cars to get tires serviced due to their convenient location and good service. Sometimes the wait is long and not sure how knowledgeable they are because after getting my summer tires put on the TPMS light came on. Brought it back in to see if they could figure it out. They replace a sensor but he light is still on.
