Really? I used to be a weekly customer, Used To Be Just be aware customer service is not a strong point at this Family Dollar store. NO replacement product for a defective item purchased without a receipt on a item that cost $1.00. Dear Corporate Yuppies making bank, please allow your managers to replace an item that is defective without a receipt, or give them some basic customer retention skills training . Over a dollar you lost a customer, REALLY? Just amazing, oppss there goes market share. See you at Walmart.
