She answered all my questions perfectly and I feel she only set me up for success. Im glad I got what I wanted and with coverage and she made me feel confident in what I was buying. Big Lots has quality home & office furniture, awesome deals on electronics, but the customer service we get at this location is why you are our first choice over Target, Wal-Mart, and the rest of your competitors. I purchased a set of Patio furniture at the end of the season last year. After I unwraped it this year the Wicker started to spinter. I went back to Big Lots and spoke with the Manager and he gave me a complete credit toward another set. I couldnt ask for better service!!!!! Great experience!! Thx. ED

The bldg is a little dated, its kinda funky to get in the store but who really cares about that, right?!? Staff was very pleasant n helpful too! OMG, theres a really big ARC next door! Couldnt ask for anything better!

The store has a really nice and friendly staff. Plus you cannot beat that it is next door to an arc thrift store. And Comrade Brewing is right around the corner. Theres not much more to ask for is there?
