I was shopping at this store on September 25, 2010. I had an unfortunate personal accident. When I asked for help, Jolene, a sales associate, helped me take care of my circumstances and was very understanding and nothing but fantastic! I was so fortunate to have her help, and without that help I would not have been able to continue shopping. Jolene is to be commended for her consideration for a customer and making my day less exasperating. I will shop here every time I am in the vicinity. Thank you so very much Jolene!

I shopped there two different times and was treated like crap one cashier rudely served me and my second time the loss prevention addressed me and made me Carrie my packages to my car when I had a box a big coat and a shopping bag from them I got off lay away he said shopping carts cant leave the store I get outside the door and four shopping carts was in the lot .Im Real piss off loss prevention worry about thief not a shopping cart when your cashier is passing off fake 100.00 bills

The selection itself is good. But the place if you keep in mind its location is what I call "normal clean". Super disarray. Went for Christmas/New Year and of course the line went around the inside of the building. But my point in sayin that is some of the items that were left behind before reaching the cashiers WAS STILL THERE (1/5/17). The biggest improvement they could make there is hiring employees who want to be there, or at the very least hide their personal dislike/mood.

Antes tenian mucha mas variedad en los vestidos para niñas, ahora casi no hay y la calidad bajo muchisimo. He visto la misma ropa que en otra tienda pero mas cara.

this store was a mess to shop in, the line was long long long for checkout, no space to push a cart past merchandise. selection for baby clothes was sparingly low. didnt find anything in newborn size for winter clothing. was a big headache to shop at that store. not ever shopping at this location again. will make the 45 minute drive to shop at the location near 92nd and wadsworth. much nicer store up there.

Inside reminds me of a Goodwill in need of merchandise. What happened to the nice set up? And what happened to the good selection of female jeans? There was a huge empty area. Wheres the product? The nearby Ross is just as messy but is more organized and, at least, have clothes. Wont be back until the old Burlington comes back.

This place is ghetto as hell. Everyone and in that damn store need to wake up. And the lines are ridiculous and the employees are slow as hell and dont really seem to care about time. Thanks Aurora Burlington you surely dont seem to be motivated. GET YOUR ASS IN CHECK! for the love of God! So ridiculous.

Omg re organizing the store. Everything except the baby area. Then I had to wait 8 minutes to check out when I was the first person in line, they were more interested in talking to each other than acknowledging me waiting. Will not be coming to this store again will drive 50 minutes out of my way

I generally love Burlington, but this trip there was a line half the distance of the store, we couldnt find anything we were looking for, what we did find had no pricing on half of it and there were 2 clerks just chatting away in the gift area. I get the holidays are busy, but this was excessive.

I feel like Ive licked the floor of Wal-Mart when I come here. Quality of clothes are awful, store is always a mess and staff is no where to be found. I think to come here on occasion based on my experience 10 years ago and it just never lives up. Its like chasing a butterfly.

I dont like walking into a store and seeing clothes and merchandise strewn all over the floor and shelves, even in a discount store like Burlington. I went there to find some pjs for my baby and shirts for my husband, but their selection was very low, so I left empty-handed.

This Burlington is the worst in the state of Colorado. The employees are overly rude and so are the managers. Nothing is where it should be and good luck getting help with finding anything. When you do happen to find an employee, its pure attitude when asking them anything.

The girl with artificial red hair is extremely rude and seemed very confused when asked any questions. Also had another store call to hold something at this one, showed up and they had no idea what I was talking about. It was a 45 minute drive.

Disappointed in the store. It was not clean, they were understaffed and the store was a wreck. Clothes and other merchandise were all over the floor making it impossible to go down most of the aisles. The discount was not very good either.

Need more Cashiers to assist with the long lines. We waited 30 minutes in line. Cashiers complaining because they hadnt taken a break, Customers should always come first. They should assist in getting the line down and not complaining.

The manager, a Steelers Fan was great having found a pair of Adidas shoes I was looking for in my size & held three other pairs of shoes in larger sizes in case the sizes I purchased are too small. I appreciate considerate service.

Disorganized to an astonishing degree. Unless you have hours to waste looking through the racks for something in your size its not worth it. Found more of the wrong sizes than the right one in every section I looked at.

Terrible Service. Long lines, 3 registers open. Advised store manager. He called out for more cashiers, no response. And its right before Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!!! They lost my business!

This place has HORRID lines. Sometimes and hour wait but ALWAYS 30 minutes at least. Most cashiers are very rude and unhelpful. The shelves are not organized. The place is unkept and disarray.
