This place gets MINUS FIVE stars from me. I had an emergengy with my 80 YEAR OLD dad who had an accident wetting himself. I thew a blanket down on the wheel chair and rushed him back to the bathroom to get cleaned up while I atempted to find him something quick and simple to throw on. I spotted an older woman named Pam who I quietly informed of my situation and requested her help in locating something quickly in fear of leaving my feable, elderly dad too long. She could not have been less helpful. In the entire store I managed to find exactly one pair of suitable pants. They were beat up and stained and marlked $9.99. WHAT? Yeah that much! I could have gotten a new pair at Walmart for $6. Pam decided to ring me up and I asked if there was any way she could discount them because of the high price and all the stains. She offered up a senior discount., rang it up without the discount but insisted she gave me the discount . I didnt have time to mess with her any longer, I had to get back to my dad. I took him the pants and while he attempted to change I asked two employees for a Manager. One disapeard to never return and the other straight insisted there wasnt a manager. I got my dad situated back i the car with my mom and went back in to locate who ever was in charge. It was a NIGHTMARE! No customer service, no empathy, no senior discount for an 80 year old man with an emergency bladder situation. Not to mention the OUTRAGIOUS prices and horrible customer service. After I pretty much insisted, the "manager" finally overroad the system and gave me $1.06 off. UNBELIEVABLE! Ill NEVER go back, the manager was less helpful then Pam! They do not care about the elderly, they didnt care about my crisis, they ONLY care about profit!

This store never has anything, the shoes are dismal and so are the toys. I went in today and found two backpacks. They were ripped but I thought I could fix them. They didnt have tags on them, so I went up front to ask. I waited for 15 minutes while a cashier called 4 times for a price check. Finally, the cashier said $1.99 for each after no one came to help even though there were plenty of employees in the store. I said ok and she rang me up. As I was swiping my card, a manager wandered up to the front and started inspecting the backpacks. She said they were $9.99 each. $9.99 each for ripped backpacks????!!! Thats as much as a new one at Walmart. I said the cashier told me $1.99 each. The manager said no, we never do that. So I told the girl to cancel my transaction and walked out.

The dressing rooms now close thirty minutes before closing. They reiterated that many times over the intercom AT 8:30. I had been there since 8 and had heard no warning of this. I had my arms full of things to try on and then the announcement came on. Why not close the dressing rooms 15 minutes before closing AND give people a warning? Annoying. The clothing is always a disaster. The employees are not usually friendly. They also sell stained, ripped clothing and beat up furniture for too high of a cost. Go visit the Deja Blue location off Broadway. That is the nicest Goodwill Ive been to in the area.

I never shop the clothing here. The sizing is always out of order. I complained to three different staff members about it - one said they didnt have time to sort it, another said that it was due to shoppers always putting things back themselves. The other just ignored me. Until only recently, they didnt have anywhere to put clothes you didnt want after trying them on. I hoped it would get better after that, and I gave it a couple of months, but theres no point. I sometimes find good deals - but I find way more stuff that I consider overpriced.

As a broke ass college kid, I come here a lot. Contrary to some of the reviews, Ive found a lot of good furniture here. Ive bought a very nice white leather couch and a very cool and functional coffee table/storage drawer for very cheap. Sure, the staff is never helpful, and all the times Ive asked for help theyve sent me looking elsewhere, but as a store for cool and cheap second hand items and amazing furniture for a college dorm or any space, this place gets an A from me!

I was really disappointed in this location. Clothing options were especially outdated, the aisles were in disarray and the staff wasnt particularly friendly or helpful. I still managed to find a couple items to purchase amongst the clutter, but I was overall dissatisfied. As a side note, if youre looking for Halloween items, look elsewhere, like arc. This locations selection had two sparsely occupied racks of items and a wall of generic decor.

My experience was similar to that of Jess regarding the customer service at this particular Goodwill. The staff overpriced an item and were incredibly inflexible regarding their mistake stating, "Wed never do that" and, "Thats impossible." Later they admitted the mistake, but there were no apologies. Probably one of my worst shopping experiences to date. Ive contacted the manager and hope others have better experiences with the staff there.

This particular location does seem to be staffed entirely by incompetent people. They answer the phone with "Hello?" making me wonder if Ive called the wrong number. Last week they told me on the phone that they accepted donations until 9, and when I pulled up at 6:30 with a truck full of stuff to donate the guy at the back door pointed to the sign which said they accepted donations until 6, and waved at me to go away.

The bathrooms smell so bad it could be considered a miracle the entire store doesnt reek of stagnant bodily waste. Apart from this divine atmospheric intervention, there is nothing to recommend it over any thrift store in the area, or in fact any good Goodwill Ive ever been to.

Customer service was the worst. I had the manager run into me on 2 separate isles. The first time she apologized and the second have me a look as if it were my fault she was paying no attention. Wouldnt waste another cent in this poorly run business.

$30 for a pair of walked in used shoes. Ill buy them new thanks. Ive literally found used items in this Goodwill location for more than the exact item costs new. Try the Leetsdale location, better items at slightly better prices.

-Really appreciate the work done here to make the place like a regular shop. Its all rather clean, the clothes are in great condition etc. The prices are a total bargin and one can find here branded clothing for 10% the price

Drop your unneeded stuff here! Its convenient and someone may put it to good use. Better than having perfectly good stuff end up in landfills. Love your planet and donate to Goodwill.

My favorite Goodwill store in Denver. Other than the long lines due to not enough staff, or not even trained cashiers, its clean and most of the staff is friendly.

Visited one day when their registers were down. They managed to tell me this after I had spent 45 min walking around picking things out of the store.
