Disrespected / Morally unacceptable Yesterday my husband, myself and our 4 year old son. Went into Robbs. This was the 2nd time that we had a terrible experience with one employee there. I am not sure what her name is or I would post it here in this review. 1st time she was talking really hateful and nasty to my son, who never misbehaves at any establishment and anyone who knows our family will vouch for that. For some reason, this lady feels the need to scold customers children, which is unacceptable. Here is the short of the story... My son brought in a hot wheel to the store, which was my mistake but I didnt think it was to big of a deal. We went in and he was playing quietly in the same isle that I was shopping in and pushed it up the isle. She freaked out scolding him saying that he stole it from the store, I quickly rushed over to interject for my 4 year old son and apologized for him bringing it in to the store and put the car in my purse. He walked along side my cart during the rest of our shopping experience. Shortly after that incident, we turned onto another isle where I noticed a broken bottle on the floor. I went and reported the broken item to a different staff member and here comes that lady talking really loud wanting everyone to hear her hateful comments, saying "Let me guess or do I even need to, to know who broke it?" "Who needs to be charged?" I didnt pay much attention and after she kept going, I asked if she was implying that we broke the bottle? She went off and proceeded to be really ugly to us. I was appalled and told my family about our unpleasant experience at our favorite little store. Luckily our uncle was with us who was able to witness first hand the situation. We decided to give it another chance again last night. And wouldnt you know that same lady stated to scold my son again for looking at doll they had on display. Mind you, he was looking at it, never touched it... EVER!. My husband nicely spoke with her and she shouted out how we needed to spank him badly, as "this" is the reason children in todays society misbehave they way they do. she continued on to say that he, our 4 year old would more than likely end up in prison!!! She continued on to say that she couldnt wait for Trump to get rid of us Mexicans and then proceeded to point in my face and tell me I wasnt S#!@, all in front my child and customers. I just couldnt believe my ears. I was so upset, my son was shaking. At that point I had to stick up for my rights not only as a customer but as an american citizen. It took everything in me not to get physical with this woman, but my son was watching and I had to be a role model for him in this situation. Not that this is any business of hers, but my family is 4 generations born here in the US and we (my husband, myself and son) do not even speak Spanish. To make matters more interesting, this woman, herself is of Hispanic decent, however she dyes her hair blonde that does not change that fact that she is Hispanic also and how sad is that? How disgusting and disrespectful this woman is to treat anyone, no matter the nationality, creed, color or religion, in this fashion. Its a terrible shame I cant believe Robbs continues to have her employed there. I have never gone into Robs Inc to abuse their establishment, but enjoy the great finds and patronize their establishment. I will continue to go there as I will not allow this hateful lady to run us off. But I believe the owners really need to evaluate this situation. And I will be making a report to the BBB on this awful encounter and have contacted the city to file a report because I am certain that this happens more frequently than not and this type of racism should not be present. Its a sad day to know this still exists. I dont even want to rate this with a star but it is the only way for me to get this very unbelievable issue posted.

Im mad enough to call Human Resources and report them for discrimination. My sister goes out there from south end of Denver to get a few Organics for her granddaughter she is raising. She is doing this because her child was murdered and now she has custody. She forgot to tell the shrew ringing her up that she was using food food stamps, which has to be rung up differently in their prehistoric system. well apparently this sent her into a tizzy and she had the nerve to tell my sister, who still works full time but has no other financial help that "She is sick of these food stamp people making her and her bosses life hard" She also said that "she voted for Trump and cant wait til he gets rid of food stamps" . Quite frankly shes lucky I wasnt there as I would have gone crazy on her. Who the H do they think they are to talk to a customer that way. There maybe some who abuse the system , but there are hard working military, single parents and teachers( my sister) who need help to survive. I be Ms. judgemental shrew has a comfy home and a husband who pays the real bills . My sister doesnt want me do anything but I may call and report them. she had record on her phone during the conversation and I just might sneak it , NOONE talks to such a hard working loving woman as her a gets to. miserable shrew

One of the dirtiest disorganized stores i have ever been in. Can not say the discounts were all that great either. These two facts combined with the rude rude rude and i will say it again RUDE service i recieved i will never return here. The lady in the back room doing computer work was rude when i asked about a restroom. She was rude to my associate when she checked out threatening to kick her out denying service bc she was wearing a Raiders football shirt. Really!! What the hell! She is a narrow minded rude person who does not deserve to be in business since she has no idea of customer service and the respect and partnership it is between consumer and owner. Wish i could give no stars and warn more people off from this place. Please save yourself the disservice and unpleasantness and go some where else you will be better off and not have your day ruined.
