Ill never shot at Kmart again!!! It took over 15 minutes to go threw the check out with one shirt I bought on the way home from work because I thought it would be more convenient to stop at Kmart instead of going all the way to Walmart. Was I ever wrong!! I went in found my shirt and then stood in line for what felt like for ever. There were only three registers open even the lines were backed up into the front isle and the cashiers were moving so slow like they didnt care and werent awake yet. The cashier left the register to change from elsewhere when the woman in front of me paid with cash. When I got to the register the employee did not greet me or say a single word during the entire transaction other than the total price. I will never shop at this or any other Kmart again. PS: Ive been to this Kmart once before to get food and they dont have bread or milk in their "grocery" section.

I will NEVER order here again!!! Ordered Online for Store Pick Up Thursday. My item arrived Tuesday. So of course I went to pick up my item like any normal person would. I was turned away & informed I had to wait until I received a Pick Up Confirmation Email even though my item was already in the store. Highly annoyed but whatever the original email did state the est arrival as Friday. So Friday rolls around and nothing!!! So I decide to call before heading back up to the store to ensure there wouldnt be any complications. After being on the phone for 15-20 mins, (mostly spent on hold) my "pending" item that wasnt ready for pick up that was delivered on Tuesday was finally found! & shortly after hanging up the phone you wouldnt believe it... My Pick Up Confirmation Email. The entire process was a complete inconvenience! Order - Order Shipped - Order Delivered - Order Picked Up, SIMPLE!!!

I enjoy, very much, the selection of clothing and accessories. However, the lines are extremely long and the service is slow- as the associates are laxidasical and uninterested in their job description/requirements/corporate suggestion. Moreover, this store is also lacking in the number of store associates- throughout the whole store. Lastly, this Kmart self-interest carries major items listed online- making pick up nearly impossible. In conclusion, if youre up for: a possibly failed trip, and/or ridiculously long wait in- the one of three lines open, then this is the place to be! I Hope this- real testament- helps... T. Y. Kmart had advertised a combo stroller and car seat for $35.00 when I went to pick it up at the store the Manager said no she would not honor the price she said the prices online have nothing to do with the store. I told her I wanted to speak to her corporate office and ask someone else and she said go ahead I called the number given to me and still no reply or phone call from anybody... There was a lot of other people at the store asking for the dam stroller everyone was upset that Kmart did not honor the price. I will never shop at Kmart nor refer anybody! Poor customer service False advertisement

A long time ago I used to live by this Kmart and shopped there quite often. At that time is was just a regular Kmart but then they changed it into a Supercenter and I stopped going at all. I didnt like the quality of the groceries they sold. However on this visit I was surprised to see them just back to Kmart and their dog bone rawhides were cheap. I went with my friend Mary who shops there so much she earns shoppers points. She was so excited at X-mas that she had earned up enough points to get here a brand new pair of Nikes for free. Im still not much of a Kmart shopper though.

They have downsize so much that they really dont have anybody on the floor so there will be prices that are two weeks expired on some of the products. They did honor the sale price. It seems to me that thats the way they have taken down their stickers is when they have to go back in price check it because the customer said it was cheaper thats when they pull it off. Exact same thing happened to the guy in front of me in line. His price it been expired for a month. They did give him the sell price.

I had a pleasant experience in this Kmart. The store was clean and organized. I easily found friendly help twice when I needed it. I was really impressed with the Aurora Public Library outlet in the Kmart! Good on them for this apparently local "test" partnership. I looked it up on line and found a 3-yr-old article about the partnership. Its really being used and I was happy to see that. Im also posting a picture of it on the Aurora Public Library site to give them kudos.

We asked a representative where that cigarette line was. She informed us to go through the regular cashiers and they have a key to go back and get cigarettes. When we got to the line we were told you didnt sell cigarettes anymore. I think it would be good to inform representatives in your store when you have items frequently purchased that have been discontinued. She was also extremely difficult to understand, fortunately I got a few words.

Went in to buy a present for a baby shower. Car seat was cleary 52.99. On the spot. Sale associate argue with me about it stating its not. Its not my fault the merchandise was on the wrong spot. Will never shop again. All this happened while the lines where long and customers behind me got mad because of how long they had to wait. I get but really? This is the Customer service ?? Nope. Will never shop here again. Horrible place.

Ok so I ask a lady were can I find a gift card and her answer was rude,so since I knew asking for help was not going to happend, i tryed to figuerd it my self and I got the wrong card I try to exchange it, she said yes then she said no. I ask to talk to the manager and she was ever worse!!! Rita was the maneger and I just feel that someone in that position could me more help, or at least with more manners! Or what do you think?

The current state of this store is absolutely atrocious. Id say it looks more like a Goodwill on the inside, but that would be an insult to Goodwill. I stood in line at the only 1 of the roughly 20-30 registers that had an active worker on it. It feels like this place has fallen apart, and the staff has already given up and is bracing for the inevitable. Such a shame, I used to enjoy KMart.

Kmart is terrible today i went in to the library to print something and i had to get change and they said i had to buy something to get change when i already spent 3 dollars on the atm i had to go across the street to get change at subway this kmart lost my business. Upper management might want to talk employees about customer service. Im very disappointed in this.

Lack of inventory. Worst customer service! Instead of workers fixing the problem they told me to go to the internet and make an order online. Check with customer service they said they had six of the item on hand. Person in that department reviews to check in the back for the inventory or fix the inventory problem so they could get more in. Will not be going back!
