Walked in a day before I purchased the car just to have a feel of what these guys were like. I have read the reviews from Yelp and Google and they were a mixed lot. Noticed that most of the complainants who gave bad reviews purchased luxury cars. The ones who were happy and satisfied were those who got the "not so expensive common cars" - Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Toyota and the likes. Met Ozzy at the lot while I was looking at the cars. Talked to him for a bit and he was very pleasant. Went home that day and looked at the cars on stock online. The next day I went there with just $1000 hoping to get the 2007 Prius Hatchback. But it was already sold. Looked at the 2012 Ford Focus SE which was my original choice. Inspected the exterior of the car and saw a few nicks but overall it was nice. Went to the office and met Ozzy, presented my documents and filled out forms. Spent roughly 4 hours in there before I took the car home (Friday, 11Dec2015). They were having problems with Internet and phone connections that day. BK gave me a good deal. Ozzy was helpful. These guys are great. They wouldnt let you go home without making sure you drive home the car that you want. Arent all sales people that way? Sure. But there wasnt any pressure. The decision still lies in your hands. And thats cool. Its Tuesday, 15Dec2015 out of habit I just checked their website. I still saw the car that I purchased in their stock. Checked the Carfax and saw that its still not reported to the DMV. I had the car inspected at Ford and that was reflected in the Carfax. Called their office and talked to Kevin. Asked about the validity of the temporary registration that they stuck in the passenger mirror. He said it is good for 30 days. Ample time for the DMV to mail the registration stickers and documents to me. Hopefully they are true to their word. Also, I informed him that the car I bought is still listed as available in their website. Will check in a day if they already updated their stock online. I will post another review once I get my registration documents. Overall, the buying experience was great. Lets see if they can live up to that.

I see so many bad complains and Im glad that Im not the only one feeling this way towards premium finance. I bought my first car in this lot and I regret it so bad. When I got there everyone was so nice and cheerful. I walked in with my family so they could help me pick my car. As soon as I got there I saw this beautiful super black audi a3 and before anyone knew I had made my mind up already . I started to talk to someone about the car and I looked inside of it turned it on and everything seemed perfect so I decided to come back a week later with the down payment. I hadnt sign any paper yet and was told if I really wanted the car that the best thing to do was to leave the down payment that way my car was secure and off the lot. They told me that i didnt have enough down payment so i left 2000 cash and was guarantee that my money would not move from there. 3 days later I went back with more cash and apparently my money was gone. I was so pist. They didnt want to return me my money nor let me out with a car . So I stay there until I had one or the other. The car was only worth 6000. After the argument and talk we had they ended up deciding that they would let me walk out with the car for 1500 I test drove it and everything seemed just fine with the car. There was a check engine light on but I decided I would check that out after I bought the car. I end up leaving the lot with the audi one day and after a month it started to show leaks and out of no where it would shut down. I went and took it to a shop and no one wanted to work on it. I ended up calling one of my pals and the car had 9000 worth of engine damage and way more (the car was only 6000) . So I called the salesperson who sold me the car and apparently he didnt work there anymore . So I towed my Audi and didnt continued paying it . So now I have bad credit and no car. I f***** hate this dealer. Please stay away from it.

Larry Armstead This is more of a warning to consumers then anything good. I bought a 2004 Jaguar from Premium Finance, Located on Harbor blvd of city Costa Mesa California. The most dishonest characters can be found there. After driving car and signing finance papers dash board warning lights came on before ever driving car off their lot. They assured me that lights would go out within a couple of days. Warning dash lights never went out, finally I took car to mechanic. So many problems was wrong with car that transmission needs replacement. I had car 4 days and took it back even on 1st and every day after purchasing it, with there re-asurance it would be fine. To replace the transmission it will cost me over $3500.00 plus the cost of this junk car, the airbag error light are also on still, will have to find out what that will cost. I strongly recommend that customers think twice before doing business with them. Ive taken repair paper work to them and as yet no reply. I was lied to by them they stated to me the Lemon law did not exist any more, and that I could buy two days for $200.00 for each day. I was told that I could not bring the car back because I did not purchase the two days under the Lemon Law contract they offered I found out they just set warning lights to clear so consumer is fooled. I also found the Lemon law and read that it still exist and that no one has ever paid for it and that it still is for three days not two. I paid $5950.00 for this car plus financed a portion of it plus interest. Buyer be ware!

Went here over a Saturday to look at a couple of cars. First up was a 2006 Mercedes CLS500. On paper, the car looked good, although (and quite typical of this lot) it had 140000 miles. The salesman, "Manny", was kind and almost apologetic for the poor condition of the car, which ran badly and had bad brakes. The next car was even worse- A 2003 SL500. Manny had to use the metal key to open it; the remote was dead. It started hesitatingly, and immediately threw three codes and a lovely "Visit Workshop" warning. Manny called the "finance" guy, a bored-looking and particularily rude English import named Alex. Alex immediately chided me for noticing problems with the car, telling me that he was "losing money on it" and that I should be happy to get an SL for that price. Really? I mean, really? Alex kind of sniffed in my direction and walked off, looking even more bored. Well, the test drive was even better. The transmission decided to die halfway down the road, and we were lucky to limp back to the dealership, if you really want to call it that. I stopped by Alexs office and informed him of the issue with the SL, to which he replied by checking his phone in a bored-looking manner with a yawn. Nice. By the way, I was sure to show both of them the $15000 cash in my pocket before I left. Missed a cash sale by THAAAAAAT much. Horrible.
