I drove all the way down here from palmdale (over 2 hrs one way) yesterday, after filling out the forms online and speaking with the rep 3 times. I went to ask my in-laws in Van Nuys to watch my 2 boys because I was guaranteed to drive off the lot with a car,of which they have a selection for me to pick from,pay sign and go. Mind you 3 times these people called me and told me ALL paperwork was fine, spoke to the finance manager and she said the same thing. The down payment and credit and all the paperwork have been reviewed and you can come in she said. So I made my journey in my car which I had explained to them want safe and had to stop to ask my brother to continue to take me down to them from Whittier. Ive had all these people stop what theyre doing, wait another 3 hours for them to show me cars that were very nice and I did approve of only one @13,995 with a back up for 6,995. My credit isnt great and went bad before I could start it, and even in discussing this along with confirming my down payment over the phone they told me to come down. I spoke with Eduardo (very nice guy), which later explained to me youre approved, but we need 2500 not 1500 for the car you want. Which is acceptable because it was a newer car but I didnt have it and was told several times cant you get it? and several times I said no, I have 2 small boys that I need to have taken care of, im not rich but theyre safety comes first. I got that question about 6 times. When I decided to go with the lower priced car since the manager kept saying no to 1500 now and 1000 in 5 days deal, since it was the first or second car they showed me. They told me either way they would need 2500 regardless of the price. Needless to say I went off. I drove over 100 miles asked all these people for their help because I was ASSURED not once but several times that I was ok to come in with my paperwork and my down payment. POOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRR service, customers are the way you make money yes, so you decide to lie to people and treat them any way you can? BAIT N SWITCH IS ILLEGAL IN CALIFORNIA. If thats not bait n switch terms, then Im not a mom. Good luck buying from these guys. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Thanks for wasting my time and money guys! Youre great at that!

I purchased a used car from this dealership (Matt) 3 months ago. Very happy with the car but unhappy that after purchasing the car I was told there was no spare key when we went to drive off the lot. These things are expensive! Matt told me he would call the previous owner and he would return the key. I had to follow up. Matt did not get the key but said he would send me to an after market guy to get a spare done at my expense. Did not follow up again. I called again so he said he would send me the key guys phone # and I could do it myself. He did not. Each time I expressed that the contract we made included the expectation of 2 keys in the deal and that I thought they should pay for the second key. The next time I called because there was no follow up I spoke to a manager (not Matts manager?) and he said the car was priced based on the fact there was no second key. I told him he was incorrect, see above story. He promised to get Matts manager to call me back by the end of business that day. Guess what? That was a month ago and there has been no follow up. I see that the reviews on Yelp and Yahoo are not very good but seem perfect here. I wonder if my review will stay? I am still planning on more attempts to contact this dealership so hope they will eventually pay for my second key and I can provide an updated review. Still very disappointed that there has been no progress this far. Honestly, I think they are lucky that I am not demanding that the car be re-keyed since there is a key to my car out there somewhere. Update: Matt did call me after this review was posted and we did arrange to come get a second key made. It looks identical to the original key and they paid for it so I am now satisfied. Special shout out to RJ who helped us when no one else was available. He explained that the key we would get would be fine in a way I believed and made me feel better that the dealership cared and that I would get a resolution. Thank you Toytota of Huntington Beach for following up on this key issue.

READ THIS!! BUSINESS is BUSINESS thats their moto for repeat customers RUN FROM THIS PLACE & DONT LOOK BACK!! Ill try to keep this short and sweet.. This was my second time buying a vehicle here. First was a 2016 Tacoma so you can imagine the amount of money they made off me on that one. "The reason this matters is because Frank looks at deals as winning". Six months later my wife needs a new car so we found a Subaru only good deal on the lot and only because they had the vehicle for 100 days+. They said they are doing me a favor on selling me this car thats under blue book. They dont do deals like that frank the sales manager says... lol so I got my own financing which they did not like because they werent going to make money on that end. Then my pre approval letter from credit union was "FAKE" they said. Oh then I got accused of hiding things on my credit like a bankruptcy, repos etc...! So no deal unless I let them run a "soft" inquiry on my credit so I can prove to them Im not hiding anything even though 6 months prior they financed my $36,000 truck lol... they tried to finance me with out me signing any paper work! have a denial letter from the credit union that I used! And those soft inquiries were hard ones on all 3 bureaus! Left that dealership getting mean mugs the whole way out. Even when I brought them their check the next day.....CROOKS & LIARS. Take your business elsewhere! Ill never be back not even for an oil change ! People to avoid at all cost Frank & Jerry both mangers and class acts oh and you cant miss Jerry, the fat angry one that wears his pants past his belly button and his glasses at the end of his nose..the bad attitude pours out of him as he makes eye contact with you...

I have had several problems with my breaks on my Scion XB 2015 because of the fact that I put a lot of miles on it. I took it in to get fixed and they said that they changed the break pads and resurfaced the rotors. After I got it back with in 5,000-6,000 miles I started to have the same problem so I took it in again. They did a total inspection of my car and said they are operating as designed and told me it was my driving habits. I just got of the phone with the general manager at Toyota of HB and he promised to rectify this situation immediately. Thank you Bob for going above and beyond to help me resolve this issue I really appreciate it. HB Toyota is doing everything they can to make me happy. I hope this fixes the problem. I will let everyone know how it comes out. My car is all done ,Bob Miller thank you very much..He had all new rotors and pads put on at no cost to me. Car is driving like it is brand new agian. If it wasnt for the GM BoB Miller doing what he did for me I would have rated it lower do to the fact that I had to go thru all this just get it done right the first time and lose time working, also service manger listens to what people say but I got the feeling he didnt really care and believes that people are stupid and dont know what their talking about. I went to another dealer ship that did not instantly accuse me of aggressive driving in fact they told me Im not. They also said what I needed to hear even if it was something I didnt want to hear. But they where forthright and up front right off the bat with out blaming me.
