the worst experience i have ever had was buying a car from this dealership. I bought an 08 mugen si first day i took it home the check engine came on took it back they said they fixed it but all they did was disconnect the battery to reset the computer i noticed because they told me to call the honda dealer because the radio got locked and i needed the code. Next day check engine came on again i scanned it myself and told them it had codes for misfire and took it back they said it was the spark plug. Next day check engine came on but now with the abs i called them and they told me to take the car back to the shop. i called america honda and told them what was going on that i maybe got a lemon, they said if it happens again to call them. it came out to be the coils they said. next day the airbag light came on took the car back and they said it was a spring on the airbag. they fixed it i was already mad for all the problems and guess what airbag light came on again i called them and they said they will order a new airbag. when i bought the car they rear mugen lip was missing and i ask why they didnt have an answer for me so i asked if the car was crashed or salvage they said no i check the car fax and it didnt say anything but all the times i took the car for the problem i asked them if the car was crashed or something to have all this problem they said no. 2 months pass the paint on the roof hood and fenders started to fade i took it so they can see it and they tell me what did i do to make it fade and i was are u serious i have only have the car for 2 month what can i do to make this happen they jus said they couldnt help me. a year pass and i get a card from a honda dealer that they want to buy my car or help me refinance for a lower car payment so i go to the dealer and they check my car and they come back and told me if i have crashed the car and i said no the dealer i bought it from said it has never been crashed and they show me the car fax and the car was crashed in texas. so my car was worth less then what it was worth because of the crash. i go to the dealer and told them what was happening and i asked for victor the guy that helped me when i purchased the car they said he doesnt work there anymore because he was doing things he wasnt suppose to do. so they check my paper work and i never recall signing a car fax or getting a copy they show me their car fax and on the top right corner was my signature kinda weird who would sign on the top corner. i showed them the one i got at the honda dealer and asked where the page where u have to sign was because the one at the dealer had it and theirs didnt and they tell me that in that time when i bough the car they didnt use them. they tell me they cant do anything because i signed the paper if i want they can buy me the car and i was going to loose money but they can put me in another car. They did me dirty they knew the car was messed up and it was in an accident and they hid that from me.i dont recommend this dealer to anyone and all the reviews u see where it says they are good dealer is because they tell u to do it and give u a full tank by giving them a good review dont get fooled people research and look carefully at what u sign this dealer is shady. and Fullerton auto square is the same thing they work together. Now Im stuck with a messed up car that i dont feel safe driving with my family. i really though the dealer was going to help me and man up say they messed up but they didnt.

I was looking for 06-09 Prius with leather, navigation, backup camera and low miles, I looked for months and finally found it at Stadium Auto, called and spoke to Dave Martinez who was very polite and professional on the phone and was told the car was still available..2008 Prius, in close to showroom condition as you can get, everything I was looking for and for a great price. I had a few questions about financing and Mr. Martinez was straight forward and was able to find me the lowest interest rate I have ever paid when buying a used car with my average credit. The purchasing process was probably the easiest and most pleasant I have ever experienced, I have purchased dozens of cars in my life. Once I test drove the car, the actual process took less than 30 minutes and I was out driving my car home, I couldnt be any happier. I dont understand the few negative feedback, I was treated respectfully and would definitely buy again and would recommend to friends and family. Lastly, I was looking for a Prius, but all of their cars looked brand new and flawless, Thank you guys for making buying my car such a great experience Jorge

I have to start by saying that they sell good cars and very good condition. But my main problem was, after negotiating they said price is firm, and I agree with their internet price and ready to make the deal. Seems like they was trying to make the profit on paperwork and registration. After we calculate sales tax and sales price, they forced me to pay a $381 for theft fee + $675 for registration + $80 Document fee + $57 smog fee etc ... I told them I have full coverage insurance I dont need their theft protection (They said its mandatory). I told them I never paid close to $700 for a registration (They said thats what the DMV charges them, it is what it is). So I realize after paying for sales price and sales tax, it would cost me over $1000 to put the car on the road. Thats when I choose not to make the deal because I feel like there was some dishonesty. I bought 2 cars from the Acura dealer and Honda NEVER paid so much for basic paperwork. (The DMV website clearly shows the numbers on how much they charge)

First off, I have never written a review. In this case I felt obliged to due to the total experience and the purchase being of substantial value. Secondly I know a lot about cars and for that reason am very selective when time comes to make a decision. That said, after driving about and hour and half to get there, I was very pleased to see that the car I was interested in was truly a nice car. while there I walked the lot and noticed that the other vehicles were also of really clean examples. This confirmed what my sales person told me days prior. He told me, they strive to provide vehicles that only come from the best sources, basically from prior owners that cared for there cars. Once again the purchasing of a vehicle is a big deal to me, and I am so glad my search brought me to you all at Stadium Auto, Yours Truly, James H.
