I fought my fears and prejudices about working with people with strong Asian accents, and a dealer using the name "Saigon" in its name. I proceeded to work in good faith with this dealership, thought I had a promise and commitment from the salesperson I worked with. However, they sold the car out from under us, wasting hours upon hours of time searching for a car that would meet our needs. SPARE YOURSELF THE AGONY and SPEND YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR A CAR SOME WHERE ELSE. The "big boss" owner does not care about his dealerships reputation or about honoring promises made by employees who appear to be acting in good faith (which maybe they are just "pawns" in his game), or dealing with integrity with a consumer who thought he had a commitment to buy one of their cars.

I bought both new car and used car from Best Auto and I reallly loved how they were trying to help me through out the whole process. I had small budget and they were the one who help me and call me when the good deal was out when other dealers that i was waiting just ignored my calls. I got 2 Camry one used and one new, and the used car was in like-new condition and stll runs like a new car :)

I bought a 2001 Toyota Camry here I thought it was weird that The tires were wore out on the car and the battery was old But 3 years later the car still runs smooth Everything else was good Im looking to upgrade for a newer Toyota Camry now Hopefully I can find a 2007 or 2008

Purchased a used car after a short test drive. The cars are sold as is. That night the brakes began grinding. After discussing this issue with them, they only paid a fraction of the repair costs. They said they safety check the vehicles. This was not safe.
