This business is horrible and i have no idea how it is not yet shut down ! every single time i went to to do anything with my car their was at lest a 2 hour wait time. So the first experience was my fiance going to look at cars and having not the best credit i convinced my brother to co-sign. I do not know how they let him drive the car out of the lot with out my brother being present and signing any paper work kind of forcing the sale to happen quicker and giving my brother a hard time. So that was fine until one day the car gets towed my Fiance goes to the police station to get a release letter and we find out my brother is the only person on the title! that was very illegal and wrong you cannot sale a care with out the person buying being present especial after the 9/11 attacks. this people are cold blooded ruthless uneducated and will take advantage of anybody. We took it as a loss and just continued the contract and then maybe a year later the battery of the car was bad already. My fiance go to the service center and not only did he wait a ridiculous amount of time but the problem did not get fixed and he went home with the same problem. Exactly one week later we had the same problem and we missed work because the car would not start, it got a jump start and we took it to the dealership. We showed up this time i did go with him and we explained the situation they took about 3 hours to fixed the battery and during that long wait we just walked around the lot for what ever reason we talked about a few cars and next thing you know i am possibly buying a new car. I worked later that day so i was not prepared for buying a car and i let them know that and they seemed to understand yet for what ever reason they continued to throw numbers and good deals and i got warped up in the idea of a new car and i told them if it would be possible to make a deal in about an hour they said yes ( oh they lied ) they had me crying in the office. I was so ready to leave and i did not know how they had moved my things to the new car i was late to work i could not stop crying and i just signed the paper work so they would let me leave the place i was their from 1pm- 7pm for a battery car change. They later drove the car to my house and told my brother he had no choice but to the sign the paperwork because we had left the lot already and made him very upset.I went to work for a couple hours and just felt horrible crying even at work because of this horrible bad experience and choice about buying a new car i have no idea how i was convinced i felt to belittled and small hopeless trapped. Then something unexpected happened and we got a letter Notice of Election to Cancel and the dealership used its right to cancel a sale when they could not find anyone to fiance the car in 10 days and so they rescind the transaction. We received this letter in the mail on a Monday so my brother and i made the decision to go the next day return the car and not deal with more of their craziness. We go Tuesday night simple to exchange the cars back and deciding to not sign anything new and leave if they choose to give us a hard time again. Surely enough they give us the run around and we spent 4 hours there and had nothing accomplished they frustrated me so much that i was in tears once more in their office with more paper work in front of me because they wanted to give me a new deal and would not honor their own Notice Of Election To Cancel. So we left and they were saying any lie to make us sign new paperwork because they made and error and did not want to take back the deal, So i spoke to my family and my aunt decided to accompany me because she has experience dealing with difficult people and she knew i needed the support to deal with this venomous people. We go the next Monday it had a been a whole week since i had received the Notice of Election To Cancel letter .

any Nissan buyer should probably avoid this dealer, but Ill let you decide once you have tried to deal with them. I personally had a horrible time buying a car from them. The low handed tactics they use is a new low even for car salesmen and dealerships. They are also very EV "UNFRIENDLY", and for a business to not be environmentally aware and contribute is unforgiving. As consumers we should mass boycott any local business that isnt looking out for the overall wellbeing of the community it serves. There are two near by dealerships within 10 minutes Ross Nissan ( I ended up buying a car from them, and they are very EV friendly, and reasonable), and Duarte Nissan to the North off 210 and 605. In any case Ive filed a complaint to Nissan USA but doubt anything will be done, but it is my duty to share my experience and not allow predatory business practices prey on other unsuspecting car buying consumers. Here are my problems with this dealership 1. when they cant make a deal with you, they turn nasty in attitude 2. They want to sell EV (electric cars) without wanting to support them, the permanently blocked the EV charging station for over a year now, and are rude to even their own Nissan Leaf owners. 3. They just recently pulled themselves off plugshare as an available charging station due to bad reviews. Since they dont wish to be a part of solving our environmental issues, I see no reason to support a self-serving business that only knows how to take away from a community. 4. After I walked away making my final offer ( they were too greedy), I was able to buy a more premium model for the same amount they offered me at their dealership. After learning i have decided to purchase from another dealership, they tried to pose a fake phone call to break up the sale. 5. Part of the primary reason I also decided to not purchase from this dealership is because they had no intentions of supporting the EV moment. I even asked to speak to the floor manager, of course he was not interested what so ever unless it was going to be something that was profitable. I would just like to add that for all early EV adopters, we are trying to allow every SoCal resident breath cleaner air, it is a collective effort on the part of government, state, local business and local residents, and we wont be able to achieve it any other way. The WallStreet profit focus MUST STOP NOW, and consumers need to support those businesses playing by the rules, and not those taking advantage of it, and whos only interest is to profit, at the expense of the very community it should be serving

Dont ever get your car serviced here. I had to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I brought it in because out of no where my battery died. I let the car sit for an hour, then was able to start it up. I preceded to drive then I noticed my convertible top icon appeared on my dashboard and was beeping. I checked to make sure the button was secure then went to open the trunk to see what I could see. The trunk did not open! I used the smart key, and pressed the button..nothing. So I drive to West Covina Nissan where I bought the car. I asked the service rep Tony to please see if he could at least get the trunk open because I needed to retrieve my briefcase. He tried the fob, looked in the glove compartment, and said "no, I cant get it open". I then asked him if we can see if the seats come out, we looked and then again he said no. I told him I desperately needed my briefcase because it had my work. I told him I did not mind leaving the car, I just need the briefcase so if he would please ask a mechanic. He then goes to the mechanic area only to return and tell me the only way to get the trunk open is for them to do an electronic diagnostic that will cost me $260. Being that I have no choice, I agreed. Leave the car and come back the next day after he tells me it was the battery and they will need to reset the COMPUTER for the convertible top. Not to mention they had about $1700 worth of other work they wanted me to do which I refused. When I get my car late that evening, start it, pop the trunk, then test the convertible. When I closed the convertible the light came back on and the alarm, so Tony goes and gets the mechanic. Now the trunk is not opening again! Ricardo takes my key fob, pulls out this magical little key and proceeds to open the trunk that Tony said the mechanic said does not exist the day before!! He opens the trunk, repositions the convertible tray, and alarm goes off and the trunk works again. So is that how you RE-SET the computer??? That is how you rip somebody off. Lied and said the trunk could not be opened...wow! And to think, I bought a total of 3 cars from these crooks!! They charged me $359 for a battery that I could have put in myself. I have yet to see the so called diagnostic that showed the computer needed to be reset for the convertible top! I filed a complaint and the manager was supposed to call me...NEVER DID!
