This is not your typical used car buying experience. I first stopped by on Wednesday looking at the BMW M3. I have purchased many cars and had my preconceived opinion of used car salesman. I was the only one in the lot around 6:00 PM and yet I was able to browse cars for 10 minutes before being approached. The experience I had when Tony Correa approached me was very relaxed. I mentioned I was interested in the M3 and had just been in an accident pending a payoff of my car. I had already looked at Car Max, BMW dealerships, and others and told Tony I was still looking. I had my list of vehicles to go look at and still had a couple more in the LA area. After looking at the M3 and talking with Tony for some time I said thank you for your time. As I left that night with them knowing I had money and needed a car I expected the old line, “what can I do to get you in a car tonight”. Well, not only did that not happen, but there was no pressure or sales pitch as I left. I returned the next night, Thursday, and met Tony again. He again was very patient and informative as we looked at cars again. For the price range I was considering, Tony mentioned another car in the same price range but a considerably better value. Again, no pressure just friendly and honest information. I left again feeling even better than I did the night before and I returned Friday night with my wife, and we decided on the Mercedes-Benz CL55 AMG. Here I had been there for three nights in a row and at no time was any pressure and I mean NO pressure to buy a car. We briefly met Sam who was very friendly and again no pressure, we actually spent very little time discussing the car, but rather in getting to know each other. My wife and I returned on Saturday to purchase the vehicle and were treated extremely well. I have bought cars from dealerships, fleet leasing managers, used car lots and have to say this was one of the best car buying experiences you will ever have, period! Not only did we get the car well below market price ($6K to $7K) because they had got a good deal on it (yes, that passed that on to us), but Sam worked extremely hard to get us a great interest rate on the balance of the loan. Oh yeah, I should mention that Sam did some maintenance on the car. I can’t tell you how much, but it would have been a substantial cost to me at a dealership well into the thousands of dollars. All in all, I have recommend Sam and his team at West Coast Auto Sales to my friends and co-workers. If there are any problems with the car, expect these guys to make it right! If you want a personal reference, you may contact me. Thanks Sam and Tony, you guys were great.

Verified shady used car dealership. They listed an ad for a Mercedes E350 on Autotrader, good price, great condition (as it appears in pictures) and LOW Mileage 31k miles (or so i thought). Our family rushed down there to take a look. We get in the drivers seat, turn on the car and ODO reads 50k!!! Ok wait a minute, we came down for a 31k miles car as you had listed...Ive called asking for the car, specifically mentioning the mileage when asking, and when we get there the car is NOT AS LISTED. Bait and switch? Keep reading. So Sam the GM comes talk to us as they can see were obviously ticked off and feeling deceived. Sam takes me into his office and starts to boast on how many celebrities hes served, and how many "good" ratings he has from online...Well Heres a good rating for you buddy...Then he pulls up the Benz in his computer and says No, the ODO is wrong its 50k kilometers! it IS 31k miles. OK, are you freakin kidding me? No car in the US denominates usage in Kilometers! I may not be a car whiz but i aint no idiot. So he pulls a car fax. Carfax shows ODO readings going up steadily to 49k. So then i say to him, hey, i Carfax is an american company, dont you think they list in MILES? This guy apologizes and tries to blame it on his new employee typing error, whatever. Ok so you got us here. Lets see if the car is legit (even if it has higher mileage...by 20k!) So we take a look at the car, and the rear is obviously repainted. How do we know? 1) the E350 silver lettering is gone from the back 2) the rear bumper does not align right with the rear fenders. So we ask, if this cars been in an accident. Sam says NO we dont sell cars with frame damage. Then we ask, why is the emblem missing? its gotta be an accident right? He says no! some people like the "clean" look and have it removed! Alright. You know what, this guy doesnt have an ounce of integrity in him at all, like your stereotypical used car salesman. Call him out on something, hell cover it up and try to redirect your attention. Makes me feel none of his cars hes trying to sell is legit. Outer shell is shiny to hide all the crap underneath. Bad experience, waste of mine and my familys time, and just conniving people without a single ounce of integrity. Unless you are a mechanic (a good one at that) i would stay away from this place. Im not saying all their cars have something to hide, but if you cant tell for sure by yourself i would stay away.

I swore that i wont go there ever again but i decided to give them a second chance , the last one for sure. I thought i had seen a good deal but after all , the price online is not real. The salesman , Johny, has no respect towards his customers and refers to you as if youre his "homie". If you want to buy a car from there bring your own calculator because something is clearly wrong with theirs. Be ready to pay around $2,000 more than the value. Sadly i cant give them less than 1 star. // Btw this was the third time i went there to check on that car for the past month and a half , twice they told the car is there, and its wasnt. "luckily" for me the 3rd time i finally saw it.When i asked the salesman 3 times for out the door price , he told me 3 times "well the price is what it is, how much downpayment are you going to put." ... I didnt even get the number. The car had scratches on the left and the right side on the front bumper. Respond was " oo yeah, but its not that bad ." Appreciate that owner cares about his business but before youre writing a response make sure that you actually know what happened, dont take the side of the person whos working there, its normal for him to try to protect his job. I dont know about any girlfriends and id never asked to drop the price, simply because i didnt even know what the otd price was. Whatever i got the deal i wanted on the same car from bmw dealership and looking forward to buy the car this week. Overall experience: waist of time .
