Okay lets just start bu saying this company (ZORA) is the best, I think everyone is a little iffy when buying a used car, and of course that is how i felt, HOWEVER this staff made me feel so comfortable. Ive never had a car buying experience so easy and stress free (ive brought cars from car max and toyota dealerships) but this place was easy... SERVICE: Called on Monday to look at the car (after hours, he waited for me) Did the online app tuesday morning around 9:30 am, at 10:30 I got a call saying YOU ARE APPROVED, went down that night, enjoyed a wonderful bottle of water they have inside, signed the papers and was on my way... CAR: The car was in excelent shape considering it is an 05, but they still have the Owners Manuel, and the repair logs etc. The leather was not cracked, the navi worked perfect. Im super happy on this buy, i work at a body shop and even people here think its in great shape, and TRUST ME we are VERY CRITICAL here on paint, detail, etc... I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealer to anyone who is looking for a vehicle!!!

Bought a car from them and after a week found out it was leaking coolant had to pay out of pocket to have radiator and coolant resavoir replaced. They covered up the problem when I test drove the car and there is no doubt they knew about it before hand. Also went and had the oil changed when I brought it in for the coolant smell and they said it hadnt been done in sometime. Usually before you sell a car to someone you top off fluids and change the oil. They werent helpful what so ever and apprently have no problem selling garbage cars too good people. Wouldnt buy a car from these guys unless you plan on spending hundreds of dollars out of pocket to fix it.

Bought a new car from this place but right after I left the lot, the CEL came on. Went back multiple times and the issue was not fixed. I had to take it to a repair shop and found out it was a gasket failure. Had to pay for the repair on top of what I paid for the car. I felt that the car was not well represented as the CEL was not on when I reviewed the car before purchase. I went back multiple times to the dealer to have it fixed but no real diagnosis was done to trace the root of the problem. If the repair cost could be reimbursed, then I would consider it a fair deal.

what else can i tell you?? youve read the reviews and the stars speak for themselves! zrv auto is one of the best if not the best dealerships that ive dealt with in quite a while! Zora (the general manager) is one of the best guys ive ever known! he doesnt hassle you like most of the dealerships out there...and most of all, he is an all -around honest guy ( unlike most)! i really appreciate doing buisness with him! thank you zora and may your buisness flourish!!

I have to tell you, ZRV Auto is the place to buy a car! Zora gives you personal service, he is a great guy to work with. This transaction was easy and his customer services was awesome! He is always available on his cell phone and truly goes over and above to get you what you want. Bought a car ( Toyota Camry S) there last week at a great price that other car dealership in the area couldnt beat. At first we went to this to check out the car. It was nice and clean. Carfax- clean!. Went to Toyota at Euclid Ave, couldnt match the price. Checked other small car dealers, no good. Came back a couple o days, paperworks done within 15 mins. The owner was very professional. I highly recommend ZRV Auto.

I went in without calling, (was in a rush). I asked if he still had the 08 accord he pulled it out right away, and let me test drive it alone with my wife. Car was in great condition. He also replaced tires with brand new ones. Took literally 20 minutes for paperwork and the car was mine. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
