Had issue with another Car Lot, called CCC and Nathan hooked me up the next day, within 1 hr he had everything processed with a great loan...no need to bargain! Car was for my wife which drove off the lot and experienced an issue with a tire and rim, called Nate & Ryan which in turn told me "No Worries" just bring the car back to them. When I bought my car it had dent in the front bumper , but they told me they would fix it. They did but it took 10 hours and the job was cheap, paint doesnt even match up. Im On top of that he asked me to polish it like really man . I would have rather did it my self. I paid more for gas and a full exterior car detail then they probably did for the body work .

Nathan was very laid back, no pressure sales rep. Got me a great loan on a nice Mercedes. Once I took it off the lot there was a slight noise.
