During the purchasing process everything seemed so great I was getting the car my dreams they were going to be installing a sunroof and putting scratch proof protectant, both installed and applied by the Chevrolet dealers Service team, giving me a lifetime warranty on the sunroof and seven years on the scratch and stain proof. While purchasing my vehicle the salesman also promised me I would have an appointment bright and early at 7 AM to install my sunroof and to add the scratch proof feature. Arriving right on time only to find the service team had no idea I was coming I verified the time and my appointment four different times the day I purchased my vehicle, but somehow I was completely overlooked. Still having hope I left my vehicle and the service man still gave me the rental car in hopes they would correct the error while I was at work. After leaving several messages with the receptionist I never heard anything back. After work, that evening, I decided to drive to Chevrolet to make sure everything is straightened out. Only to then be told that my sunroof part wasnt even in stock and to make matters worse, it would now be completed through a third-party when I explain to the salesman thats the one thing I did not want! Later I also found out instead of a lifetime warranty on my sunroom they would only cover up to 35,000 miles or three years, its clear that the cells men at Glendora Chevrolet will make up anything to make a deal! At this point I was livid because when shopping around for a vehicle I got the extended manufactures warranty and checked with the dealer that this sunroof would be put on by the manufacturer and not a third-party. Not only was I lied to and miss lead but they also took their time to come up with their version of "a resolution." It seems to me that theyre waiting for me to make another trip all the way up to the dealership in to raise hell in order to push resolution along. After waiting several days without hearing a word I decided to call in and check the status on my situation, demanding to speak to a supervisor they put me through to the finance manager who had no information and didnt except any fall all he could say was "well I dont know what went on but I can investigate it." hours had passed, and I finally heard a response he explains the correct warrantee on the sunroom and also stated to me that they were offering to pay half of my sunroof price. I explained to him that the price and cost of the sunroof wasnt the issue before I purchased my vehicle I was willing to purchase a different vehicle that came with the sunroof it was just at a different sister location of the dealership but the salesman stated, it would be easier for him do you sell this vehicle to me and install the sunroof so he wouldnt have to drive and pick up the other vehicle. They glamorized the option of adding the sunroof and manipulated me into feeling like I would be getting the same out of my vehicle with either purchase. If this doesnt get resolved soon I will be taking this to the media and speaking with attorneys on how to resolve my issue since the dealer doesnt seem to care, and Im sure Im not the only victim. In the meanwhile I guess they thought it would be a good idea to send me a box of unsealed cookies to make me feel better about my mislead purchase, aka a cookie bribe. Little did they know it completely backfired as soon as I opened it all I saw were little dots moving, disturbed I drop the box and the ants literally went everywhere I spent The last hour cleaning up ants out my brand-new car, and also of the kitchen counter where I dropped it! At this point I feel attacked , I almost feel like they did this intentionally, common sense and third grade science couldve told you that a box full of ants wouldve arrived to your customer. Glendora Chevrolet has put a bad taste in my mouth for all Chevy dealers it makes it seem like theres no standards for this company and that each Salsman can tell a customer whatever they need to make a quick buck.

I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment for a recall on my Malibu. The woman said they definitely had the part in stock (tailights, in this case). I came in and they were friendly enough getting my car in and they were accommodating when I mentioned that I also needed a flat to be fixed. Danny, the one helping me told me it would be around an hour and a half for both jobs. I was escorted to the waiting room where I proceeded to wait two and a half hours. Danny finally came in (unapologetic about the excessive wait time) and told me that they actually didnt have the parts necessary for the recall and the tire was actually unrepairable because of damage to the side wall. I was stunned. In two and a half hours they managed to find out that they couldnt do the fix on the recall even though I made the appointment a week in advance and was assured they had the part. So I tell him Ill buy a new tire to put on the car and reschedule for another time when the part comes in. He said no problem and that the tire should be replaced and that I should be driving out of there in 30 minutes. Now, Im not mechanic but I sure as hell can change a tire in much less time than that. ALMOST AN HOUR LATER and still no word from Danny I go to the servicing office and Danny is sitting there twiddling his thumbs. Startled by my presence, he jostles himself up and tells me he the car should be good to go. Two minutes later he pulls it out front. How long had it been since they finished it? Beats me. And apparently Chevy doesnt care much about quick customer service. They get two stars instead of one because the new tire was very reasonably priced and they had some good (free) coffee in the waiting room. But the quality of service left a lot to be desired. Hopefully when I return to actually get the recall done things will run more smoothly.
