I called them to see if they take old electronics so they can be properly recycled. When I called and I was told theyd take the microwave and computer monitor but theyd charge me for the old tube TV. When I get there they tell me theyd take the microwave but charge me for the computer monitor. So I went to my car and grabbed the microwave and when I went back in they said they dont take microwaves. What the heck?? Ill admit the microwave looked a little grimy. But thats because its from an apartment me and my girlfriend are moving into and it was left but the old tenants. You cant recycle stuff because its dirty or no one is on the same page on how the recycling policy works there? My time was wasted because they couldnt give me a straight answer on the phone. Not cool.

In 2006, I had to drive 45 minutes to the Deptford Best Buy to purchase a digital camera. The Best Buy of Vineland has been here since 2008. Now I only drive 10 minutes to get here. I have purchased laptops, printers, external hard drives, internal hard drives, flash drives, cables, DVDs, CDs, GPS accessories, camera lenses and filters, CD cases, and other items. For some items, get a service agreement. I have even brought in family members and friends to purchase TVs, Monitors, Computers and more. When I get stumped for a computer repair, I check with the Geek Squad because they have the tools and parts that I may not have. They might not work on legacy systems like Windows XP or Vista.

Yesterday, I got a note from my step sister on a game on sale at Best buy and which store had them in stock. When i got there, i wasnt in there for more than 5 minutes. A great employee(cannot remember his name for the life of me, im sorry) asked us how we were doing, if we found what we were looking for and when i said i couldnt find it, he said he would look for it on his computer( but i found it ) then he said hed ring me up at the computer close by. He got me out of there in 5 minutes flat. Luckily he did, we were in a rush to get to my birthday party. He deserves an employee of the month, I will definitely be back to shop more.

Doing a kitchen remodel and in need of major appliances. Knowing already they do not carry major appliances I knew from prior purchases from that store that they would be able to help me. I went in with a list of what I wanted, after researching and Best Buy being the best price around, the associate was able to get me what I needed and delivered withint the same week. Great staff always willing to help.

My son purchased a dynex 32" LCD TV for us for christmas, on 1/18 the screen wouldnt "turn on", we took it in, it worked fine, on 1/23 it happened again and all they want to to is refurbish the TV, it has less that a month of "use", yet they will not replace it. Never buying from the product line or best buy again.

One of their cell phone department employees scammed me into getting a 2 year agreement by telling me that I will be paying 85 dollars with the tax already included abs when the bill came it was 98 dollars. Im a good listener and I know what he said, now that I got insurance for the phone its up to 108 dollars
