Terrible... waited in line for literally 10 minutes without being acknowledged (only person in line) by GM Tracey Samuels. Collin walked past me like he was Mr. Staples 5 times, each time making eye contact and then looking away in an effort to not help me pick up my order. The total trip took 10.5 minutes...10 of which I was being ignored.

Went to print area today and young lady was extremely rude to me. I spoke with manager regarding my experience with her. In the past, I worked with a young lady named Trish and she is polite and an excellent example of professionalism. Staples should give her an accommodation and a raise. Mrs. Andresen

Staples usually has what I need but the way to get it is why I gave it three stars. Usually the employees seem very unenthusiastic and kinda growl. The managers are the same. I give it three stars because it has most things I need.
