Sorry to say Im in this staples more than I like and most of the time there is no staff to help with finding things. Often have to go to a cashier or the IT desk to get help with finding a product. IT desk recommend the more expensive repairs to computers rather then the cheapest. While looking for employment managers assured me they would contact me and never. A second Manager rudely answered my question while not even looking at me. Usually understaffed with staff that is not educated about the products. I had a laptop with a critical windows start up error called a boot loop, what I asked for them to do was to help with a Windows Media creation tool USB. What they wanted to do was back up my hard drive. Try and reinstall windows for the full price of Windows and then move my media back on to the hard drive. Honestly this was almost a year ago but after having gone in today and having inquired about an almost brand new desktop someone had turned into reycyle, the main manager would not even look at me as I asked him my questions and then answered them extremely rudely to boot. There was also a fellow customer I found staring at USB drives, after about 15 minutes of me noticing he was just going back and forth I asked him exactly what he was looking for and helped him with a little information to help make his decision a bit clearer. I would recommend going to Best buy instead. While again most of there employees arent as familiar with there products at least they are available in the aisles to help you find and decided on products.

I called store on 3/15/ 17 around 12:45 pm to see if a product was in stock. The person who answered the call was very willing to help. He searched for the information quickly, told me when the product would be available and offered detailed information on other options. I was impressed with his enthusiastic and professional approach to customer service.

Store layout was rather confusing, computer accessories held phone cases. However once I found what I was looking for, (flash drives, ironically in the mobile phone section) I was able to learn their warranty period at the cash register and they also take chip credit cards.

This location sucks incompetent workers working at the Print Center cannot print a simple set of blueprints.. dont waste your time go to OfficeMax I just wasted an hours of time.......went to minuteman press down the road, they printed with no issues in a few minutes.

So overall its a really good store but the person in charge kicked a group of three kids that came in for school supplies and was very rude because the kids didnt even get passed the front desk. Also the things that are sold there are a little over priced.

I stopped by to print my resume and asked for 5 copies. The gentleman saw that I was dressed up and in a rush, said "dont worry about it" and let me go with three free copies of my resume. Thank God for kind people.

Copy center is run badly. I strongly suggest Doylestown or Montgomeryville Staples for any copy center needs,
