Computer Run in Pitman took days to even look at my computer, once they did they attempted to fix it without contacting me first about the price. They tried to charge $150 to fix just the format. They never said if anything else was wrong with my computer. They realized their outragous price, and reduced the cost to $100. I took my computer home thinking all was well and now my computer is still broken but now worse with a pop up stating that my "windows is not genuine"? Whatever they did to my computer made it worse! Now I was ripped off $100 and still have a broken computer! I do NOT recommend this company to anyone- unless you want to lose money and have more problems.

Was having MAJOR CPU problems and after wasting $300 at Staples to have them make my computer run worse, I "googled" and saw "Computer Run" in Pitman. Brought my list of problems I had written down and explained to Jason who helped me. After patiently waiting for me to get done, he said "Virus" and I said he had my permission to fix any and all problems that he may find. After a couple of days he called said it was ready......it runs AWESOME!!! I could not be happier with the service and the price was very reasonable and NOT the rip off Staples did! Get your computer fixed at this place, you will not regret it!! Thanks!

It was easy to explain my problem on my 7 year old laptop; they didnt make it seem like an impossible repair because of the age. The person at front desk knew her business and very helpful. They are very professional to deal with and computer was ready for pickup as promised. I hope to always use Computer Run and will highly recommend to my friends.
