One of the nastiest, most negative environments. The employees need to work harder to make their personal life more pleasing so they dont go to work and treat whoever they want, however they want just because they feel cheated in their life. That is none of our problem. They really need to grow up, fix their attitudes, and act like professional grownups. Such fake, snobby, rude, unhelpful staff. I did purchase a cell phone from there about a year ago from a nice blonde gal and a lady named Nema. They were very helpful and helped me to get the best deal. They also taught me a few things about my new phone. However, I think Ill go to to another Staples from now on.

My experience with Tammy in print and copy has been more than awesome, she goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I went to buy a firestick today and was told they were out of them. Keep in mind they have a whole shelf of empty firestick boxes on the shelf. Wasted my time and misleading. Take the boxes of the shelf if you dont have them. Will go to Best Buy which is next door from now on!

They are real people. Some work two and three jobs in the community. No one has been rude to me, there. I use this store, often. They may not be helpful but snobby, is hard to understand.
