First, this place is under new ownership and the service went down hill after that. I had a reboot issue after trying to place Windows 10 and attempted to go back to Windows 7 and took it in for that issue. Well they didnt have it ready for the date they told me. I really had no problem with that, yet the next day they told me it still wasnt ready. The day I picked up my laptop after 30 minutes of getting home it crashed, it crashed 4 times that evening. The owner stated to come the next day, now that I get there the next day Im told that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. I asked are you serious? Why would you release my laptop back to me when it crashes and gets hot in 30 minutes? My laptop never did that even when I had attempted to fix it myself and it would be on for hours and never crashed. My issue with them is releasing it back to me and not testing it or telling me that this was a issue and having to try to extort more money from me. Instead of them hiring high school kids or community college kids, that they get professional technicians to do the work.

I have had several computers serviced or repaired at this store (mine and family members and friends) and they have always come through no matter what the problem. The techs there are very qualified to do a variety of repairs and service on many computers and electronic devices including cell phones, printers, audio and more. That brings me to Mr. Ken Bs review. First, I am appalled at his degrading of the stores employees qualifications. Your issue is with yourself. Who knows what you did after leaving the store. Was it working ok before you left? I am not a tech but I do know that a reinstall does not cause a computer to get hot and crash! If it was a hardware problem then it needs to be diagnosed to find the problem that was not caused by reinstalling the OS. To me, you seem to want your screw ups fixed for free. By the way, I know the previous owner very well and he would agree with me that you are trying to place the blame for your computer problems on others!

I needed a good gaming computer for my son who is turning 17 soon. He wants to play games such as Fall Out 4 and Grand Theft Auto. I don’t know much about these games, other than the fact that they require a pretty decent machine. I walked into the store and was immediately helped by one of the associates. I expressed that I wanted a computer for gaming and they were able to help me get the best machine in my budget. These guys obviously know what they’re doing. My son was able to pick out the case he wanted and these guys built the computer for him, in just two days. My laptop that I use for work is starting to give me some trouble so I am definitely going to bring it in and have them take a look at it.

I went to the store in search of a lesson on how to build my own computer and got what I wanted. The owner helped me through the entire process of picking out my parts on a reasonable budget and paired me up with an employee who showed me how to build it from scratch. If you are not interested in learning how to do it yourself, they also build the computers for you. The owner was very nice and is an excellent businessman because he cares about his customers. Sometimes the store is very busy and it can take a few minutes to get attention, but having spent time with the guys there, I know that they all do their best to make sure the customers are happy. Have patience, and this place will serve you well.

Thank you A2Zxpert! They did a great job! Excellent and friendly customer service. My HD crashed in my 2011 IMAC and Mike was able to retrieve all of our pics and documents and the HD was replaced. I also found out that Apple has an internal sensor in their original HDs, so when a new one is replaced it makes the fan run high. With a little digging I found out that OWC makes a digital thermal sensor just for that reason. I brought the new cable and my iMac back in and they installed it for me at minimal cost. Everyone that works there is friendly and knowledgeable, you get good service at a reasonable price at A2Zxpert. My IMAC is back and running like new. I will definitely be using them again!

I highly recommend A2Z Xpert computer store and repair. Prices & service are excellent. If I ever run into problems, the staff is always there to help and get everything working perfectly. I have a very complicated movie editing machine. They were the only ones in the area that were able get it up and running. They care about you and treat you like family. They can also fix problems remotely on your computer. Get your computer fixed right the first time. They built 2 custom machines for me that cost less than a store bought model with twice the features, ram and processing power!! You’ll be extremely happy with A2Z Xpert

BEST COMPUTER STORE EVER! I didnt know places like this still existed,... An original/unique gem of a computer store; amazing service, amazing people, and amazing products! I just built a custom computer that was not only very affordable but it is of outstanding quality as well. Im never going to a big box store for electronics again as long as A2Zxperts is around. I recommend this place to anyone who has any computer or electronics need. I am grateful for such superb services and prices.

Theres nothing with which A2Z cant help you! The technicians are incredibly knowledgable, friendly, hard-working, and most importantly patient with customers of all computer proficiencies. Their work is thorough, efficient and prompt, and prices are never arbitrary or unfair. My family has gone to A2Z with everything from phone screen replacements to computer software issues, always with success. This business deserves lots of support.

I was very pleased with A to Z experts! Its run by great people and the pricing was good. They had my computer fixed when they said they would and it was in a decent time! The best computer store Ive been to ever. They walked me thru building my gaming computer, even let me assemble it in store. They only charged me for parts. The owner knows his stuff and answered all my questions. Go here you will not be disappointed!

Had a difficult repair unfortunately it was unable to be completed to no fault of their own. The owner had terrific customer service and returned all money for this transaction. It was a pleasant experience and was nice to work with an honest merchant!

Third time I have stopped here and they were closed during hours they were supposed to be open. Its the convenience of not having to order online and grab something really quick but I guess Amazon would like my business just as much.
