This was the worst shopping experience ever. The employees are rude and unprofessional. I called in advance to have an item placed on hold for me 45 minutes before I would be there. In that short span of time they sold that item because the associate I spoke with failed to tell anyone else. When I showed up to purchase the item I was assured would be there the associate simply said, "yeah I put it up by the register for you but I didnt tell anyone it was on hold and someone sold it." This store is poorly run and there is an extreme lack of communication between the staff. In short shop at the gamestop in Bartonsville.

These guys know their stuff. I pass a different GS right down the road from me, because this store location is what they all should be like, perfection. They havent let me down yet with information or recommendations. Definitely go there when I need help deciding what game to choose for my style, and walk out the door confident that I wasnt just a "sale."

Very rude to my wife. She asked if they had a game in stock twice both times blown off only to see same rep 2 minutes later discussing games in depth with a gentlemen. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

The people are really nice there. I know someone from there who works there. Hes a really nice person. Definitely, this is the best gamestop in this area. Cant wait to get Battlefield 4 tommorow!
