Did not help with my phone at all the employees all they did was swear and make jokes all day I sat for over an hour to hear him talk to other people while he had my phone turned off he told me because I have iOS 10 he could not "service" me the iOS 10 is a beta and that Apple sent the beta to me. The guy who never introduced himself said that my grandmothers phone was rooted and mine was jailbroken and it is not do your self a favor and go to Delaware

This place is the best! The staff are all very nice and attentive. I came in with so many problems on my phone and was ready to cancel my sprint service. But thanks to them I am very satisfied with my service. Not only that but I was having issues with radio and they scheluded me for the same week and now I have a new, great working radio.

this place is the pits with fixing phones. They told me they would transfer my contacts to wireless backup and totally deleted them! And I swear the guy working on my phone was drunk! They are nice people but incapable.

Believe it or not I have never had a problem that these guys havent fixed. They always take care of my issues quickly.. I know when I go there I am going to leave satisfied. A+!!
