Needed help in the electronic department, so I seen an associates and I asked him some for some help. He was with a customer so I waited patiently for him and didnt bother him. I was standing in eye view of all the associates. When he finished with the customer, he went back fidgeting with some stuff so I approached him again. He seen me walking towards him so he started walking away to behind the counter. Again I waited patiently until he was done (about 15-20 minutes waiting now), so he didnt look like he was moving anytime soon so I asked another associates right beside him and he said hell help. But behold Im waiting AGAIN! So me, my mother in law, and my two impatient little girls decide to grab a product thats reachable and doesnt need assistants and placed it in the cart and walked away. But before I left, I simply said "Thanks for nothing!". RETAIL IS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW BECAUSE IVE DONE IT BUT I ENJOYED IT. I DONT BLAME THE WALMART FOR THE BAD EXPERIENCE, I BLAME THE ASSOCIATES. IDK MAYBE ITS BECAUSE ME AND MY LITTLE PARTY WAS ALL DARKSKINNED THATS WHY WE WERE IGNORED. I will never go back to this hateful place again because of this experience. Oh and the guy was an aging, bald spot in the middle of his head, tall, slim, ignorant man in the electronics department.

The pharmacy needs to be able to accept payments over the phone. I had a dog waiting for a test at the local vet, and she couldnt have the test until she got this medication. The pharmacy had trouble putting my card info into the system and didnt know why. So they told me to try it myself online. I was at work, and I entered the card, and it still didnt work. Called my card company and they said it was an issue on the Walmart end, and my card was fine. For two hours at the pharmacy, the person who was picking up the meds for me, as well as the vet, and my dog, had to wait as they tried to put my card into their system, and it just wouldnt work and they STILL WOULD NOT just let me pay over the phone with my card!!! Everyone was held up, my dog needed the meds and the test quick, and yet NO WAY would they just take my money on the phone!! To rely solely on something as faulty as the Internet or on technology is just ludicrous, and to have no other backup plan?? The only way I got the meds to my dog was when the person picking them up just paid for them himself. What if this was a life or death situation? Very unhappy.

The women at the customer service desk were horribly rude. I went in to cash a check like I ALWAYS do, and have been, with the SAME checks from my job for the past year, my address is misprinted on my check, my address number is 44 and its printed 4, but all of the other information is the same. They told me they couldnt cash my check because the information did not match, all while being extremely condescending and down right mean. They also told me that they had nothing to do with it and that walmarts (as in every Walmart) system had changed so they were physically not able to cash it. So I decided to drive 10 miles to the next Walmart, and what do you know..? There was no problem whatsoever! Thanks to the nasty women that worked at the hatfield Walmart, It took me about an hour and a half longer to cash my check! Thanks gals!

I purchased an hp DeskJet printer that was supposed to come with ink cartridges. When I got home and opened the printer box I found that the cartridges were missing. I called customer service and asked if I could come to the store to pick up the cartridges. The customer service agent said that they didnt know how to help me, and that I should come back to the store and buy additional ink cartridges. I told them I wasnt willing to pay for a product I already purchased. I was advised to return the product to the store and to buy a new printer, and the customer service agent said that when I return I should do a better job of looking for a printer that wasnt previously returned or tampered with. Since when is it the customers job to ensure product quality?

Lines are always atrocious. Associates go out of their way to AVOID you and pass you off to others saying "wait here and Ill get someone to meet you" and they never show. Cashiers are exceptionally ignorant regarding tendering checks and manufacturer coupons. This is the only location that has this problem, all the grocery stores in the area can perform this action just fine and so can the other Wal-Marts. Never had a problem with the Quakertown Walmart. The extra 15 minute drive is probably worth your time to go to Quakertown instead of the Hatfield Walmart, honestly.

Usually when you have an item listed as a rollback, that is the price, but unfortunately that wasnt the case with us. They literally made us wait 15 minutes at the register for a very lazy manager to finally show up then when she tried to get a price check no one was in the department! So then we wait another 10 minutes as she goes across the store to price check herself. When she finally comes back, she says the rollback was wrong then accuses "a customer" must have moved it there. Waste of time. Dont come to this Walmart. Make another trip elsewhere.

This is Walmart. You know what youre getting when you step inside. This one is a little cleaner and more organized than most which is great. Most of the employees dont speak English and no one offers to help. Ever. Their order online and pickup service is horrible. Even if your product is in the building they wont help you out until they send you the email. The greasy guy at the photo counter is exceptionally rude. About everything. But hey, at least they have a little bit of everything and you can save some money by going there.

I visit Wal-Mart today 5-22-2017 I have bad experience for buying a pack of cigarette. Because Im on vacation And that wanna see USA ID But I dont have USA ID because I am from Italy and I show my Italian ID and they say is its no good And I say I am on vacation I can buy cigarettes And the say no we need A USA AID and I repeat them Im here on vacation I dont have USA AID This is so ridiculous Because I bin buying cigarets to any other place and I never have this issue. Horrible experience, worst Walmart ever. Front of store manager dropped the f-bomb in front of my daughter. I had a issue in photo. Spoke with assistant store manager George. Instead of saying how can I help you came at me with a YES? POORLY RUN STORE. I am a avid Walmart shopper. Spend hundreds of dollars in that store a month feeding my family of five. Will NEVER SET FOOT IN A WALMART AGAIN. I will spend the extra money at Wegmans not to deal with their poor managing staff.

Probably in the top third of Walmarts for cleanliness and service. Wide selection of products. The website lets you know the price and location of the product BUT the isle numbers are irregularly marked and in an irregular order. I looked for location K11 and found it to be adjacent to K1. Have had the same problem in the past. There is no store directory and the employees (when you find one) seem to be unaware that the isles are numbered.
