Went to trade in video game consoles and controllers on 12/23/14. The price they offered on consoles seemed low so decided to just do the controllers. AT NO POINT were we ever told that they would not take console trades without controllers. Found out EBGames is the same. Tried to go back today to trade in consoles (remember, just traded in 4 controllers the night before) and they will NOT ACCEPT a trade without first charging us for controllers! Would have been nice IF someone had told us that last night when we were there!! I will NOT be shopping at Best Buy anymore. Time to shop Amazon and wait for Best Buy to die off like the rest. Nice work on losing what HAD been a loyal customer for many years!

This the WORST store for customer service ! I paid over $325 for a Google Chrome 3 years ago here at this exact location, and called them to discuss a future upgrade. They did not even know what (if any) version of Chrome they had in the store! They also were not able to look me up in their system (even though it took me over 15 minutes to register when I had bought my computer there)...Got transferred # TIMES< and then disconnected line,... Never going back again; feel like a number.

nt here to get a computer program, I have heard that they price check. Its not a true price check though I had found a good deal on the internet, and wanted to price check the item. The clerk informed me they only price check local stores, my point is that if its at a local store Ill just go to that store and get it. I guess they will loose my business for alot of other things also, Wal-Mart is just as cheap and has better service.

Horrible experience when trying to return our cell phone the other day. The manager working, Kevin, was very unhelpful and instead of handling the situation, he directed us to contact "Corporate" by giving us a phone number to call. It turned out that it wasnt even corporates number and he did that just to get us out of the store.

Bad experience. My wife became eligible for a new phone and stopped here while traveling. She stood around for 20 minutes and was not even acknowledged by the self-absorbed clerks. It wasnt even busy. Maybe they think middle aged women dont buy smartphones? We will take our businesses elsewhere.

One of the smaller Best Buy stores around. Typically its very quiet compared to ones like Bridgewater, NJ, and Whitehall, PA. Stock seems to last longer here too. The staff are very helpful and are usually available to help right away.
