This place should really receive no stars. The order online/pickup in store is a complete joke. I purchased items more than 24 hours ago. Called the store around 10 am to find out what was going on with the order. I was told that my order was in TN.Then was asked to email a copy of my purchase order, which I did.... only to hear nothing. After waiting about three hours, I called customer service... again. They told me that the store hadnt yet processed my order. They did all they could do on their end.... after holding the line for at least 30 minutes, Tom who does not have an employee # and is the only Tom there, according to him..... was rude and matter of factly told me that they only had one of my items at the store, and if I wanted to wait another day to see if the items come in, or they could just cancel the order. Now I have spent the good part of my day going back and forth about this order... no one could call me to tell me that the items werent available? Per Tom, "well its the first Im hearing of it, so..... I would have told you like Im telling you now." I asked for his District Managers name, which he didnt know.... and gave Phil Charles as his manager, but Phil wasnt in today. If this is how Kmart treats its customers, they should shut them all down! Total disgrace! Dont waste your time. Go to Walmart in Springfield. Better customer service.

They really should get No star. Worst customer service ever!!! I called the one on Baltimore Pike they didnt have what I wanted in stock. So I called this one. I was on the phone with them for 20 mins just to see if they had the item in stock. They went to look for it on foot. Yes! So you could just imagine. The lady who answered was rude!!! She went on ranting about how she worked there for 2years and she knew what she was doing. I just wanted to know if they had an item in stock!!!! I gave up and hung up. Never shopping at this location. I like Kmart but I wish they were more technology savy. As far locating large items store pick up etc. The website doesnt work! Nothing thats in the ad is on the site. And its hell trying to locate an items seen on the ad.

Since my other post seems to have disappeared like most of the hateful comments I got under it I will post it again and will continue to do so until it is handled. One day while at this Kmart I had an issue with a customer service and spoke to the asst manager John couch he was very rude he lied straight to my face and had the audacity to tell me he hoped I was deported now I was confused because Im was pa but the fact that he was just OK with saying that with no care in the world was ridiculous so I spoke to his manager Chris Charles who also did nothing he was very rude but didnt say anything racist at all but the fact that his asst did is unacceptable and I wont stand for this

They have the oldest,slowest jack up system. I wish they invest some money into they company buy getting a better computer system. They always out of something till they take your money and expect you to wait 3-5days when they slow computer system didnt have they was out of stock. Just horrible. A waste of time shopping online with this company

Grab something to eat before you get in line, its gonna be a while , the computers are 100 years old and some of the cashiers are older. then when you finally think your done they ask 20 questions, then you get 27 receipts on your way out the door.. so old and dingy inside it should be called CAVEMART .

Customer service sucks on McDade Blvd they are horrible I like the one on aramingo Ave but I do like Kmart in general their rewards are by far better then and department store I know there prices are better then Walmart and Target they also beat there prices by a landslide

The staff isnt all that friendly, except for a few, customer service refresher course would be great, the management there needs some work, store needs a much needed cleaning. I dread going to it but its normally the one Im near when I have to go.

Shelves are not stocked very well, employees, not helpful, not even enough for store operations. Kmart will eventually close, just like alot of Sears, have done so far. Prices are way too high, not a very good selection

In the ever shrinking world of Kmarts, this one is still open. Its pretty decent as far as Kmarts go,but you do get that rundown feeling that you get from a store that is on its way out.
