I had to ship back my RCN cable boxes, so I stopped into the staples in Folsom PA. Best experience I ever had because, Victoria the associate provide exceptional customer service. She helped me pick out a box, and pack the equipment. Ive been here before, but this trip was the best experience by far. Thank you!

They wanted me to pay 5 dollars so I could tape my package. Most of the employees are rude. This was awful service. A man made me wait ten minutes for cash back. He had the money in his drawer, but he didnt want to "lose all his ones".

We are all human and must learn to be comfortable with each other. There are two white women at,this,location that are the main reasons I drive as far as I do to,this staples. The other people are a bit racist (but quietly).

Did not have order that was to picked up in one. This was four hours later. As told did not when the order would be in. Had to make yet another trip to the store. This may be why they are not doing well

I worked as a Merchandiser at this location in the past, and this is the most well stocked and well managed Staples that I have ever been to. It is by far the best office supply store I have seen.

Couldnt find a section dedicated to planners. They just have promotional stands in different locations of the store that have planners here and there. Not ideal for shopping.

Phone operator lied to me on the phone, waited in line for 10 minutes to be told I couldnt print a file from an e mail, they blamed it on the cashier, poorly ran.

Place six...takes your money for printing in less that 2seconds then takes 10 minute to decide if your funds r enuf to make copies and staff is rude
