This is the best Radio Shack in the world! I lose and break phone like I change socks! Bill and Scott are extremely knowledgeable about every product in the store. If you see something that that looks interesting and you are about to purchase it, they will tell to avoid it, show you something else, or suggest an alternative, possibly tell you to wait because something better is on order. When it comes to phones...the know the ins and outs. This particular Radio Shack is the best place to buy a prepaid phone. They know the details of the various contracts. They will tell you a good phone from a bad phone and not try to sell you the most expensive thing. They will take the 20 minutes or so it takes to set the phone, transfer numbers and make sure you have a connection. They both have been there for years. Usually other attendants are also very helpful and knowledgeable, but Bill or Scott notice youre going down the wrong road and it isnt the appropriate product or service, they will interject and help out, while still leaving the sale or service in the hands of their fellow employee...but making sure you leave an satisfied customer. If every Radio Shack had been run like this one...Radio Shack would not have needed bankruptcy protection. But it all seems to have worked out. They are a great distribution point for Sprint products and these guys guy know their stuff and care about their clients! I cant say enough about this particular store and its staff! Happy New Year!

the guy there "fixed" my phone. i had a broken lcd so i went there. The guy replaced my lcd and glass screen but, at the same time, broke my home button and the two touch zones right next to home button. I asked him to fix it again but he seemed like he didnt know how. He tried a couple of times but failed so i just left.

So happy to have this store in Ardmore.. they have exactly what Im looking for every time. So convenient please never leave!!! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and have been there a long time. Great people!
