I needed to send a UPS package, and needed copy paper. figured the UPS store I use has no copy paper , Staples has a UPS desk, there was only one attendant on duty at the service counter, and it appeared my business was not needed. I was "tersely" asked if I needed to ship a box, I replied yes , and was given a computer terminal "here fill this out". As i did not want to be a bother to this person , I just picked up my package and left. On to the UPS store I normally use , where they cheerfully ask for my phone number and to whom the package is shipping to, need I say More?? Oh and the copy paper. As long as I have shopped, 40+ years I fell for a Bait and Switch sign. Shame on Me.

Worst customer service ! I went in for ink for a printer. They didnt carry the size that came with it. I waited for 15 minutes. 6 people walked by me with no help. I ended up having to go to the hp page to look up the alternative sizes while the 6 employees were laughing a day joking at the service desk. When I went to check out they asked me to wait. Then a different employee checked me out and was rude and in a rush to get me out of there. This was the third time Ive received this service here. Never again.

I broke my phone . Galaxy 7 Edge. Company they used it a great job fixing it. Very happy customer service was awesome and let me know as soon as it walked in the door. Again very very happy. Dont go to one of them cell phone fixing quick stops. Bring your phone here it will come out like new again.

Terrible experience. Had a coupon from their website for a free pack of water, called them before driving. They confirmed that they have them in their store, 10 minutes later arrived at the store to find out that they dont have any water. Pathetic.

Prices are wayyy to high especially this time of year. They have the same quality stuff else where for cheaper prices. One planner was $30.00 at staples with nothing special about it. I would not go here for anything except electronics
