Heres the deal at this point: if you want to BUY cheap DVDs, games and perhaps even electronics, this is THE go-to place in Philadelphia (providing you dont mind that there is basically NO refund option; only store credit, and only after you let them attempt to repair your item.) As a trade-in place, its crap. Basically they cant give you ANY kind of a realistic time frame to test your trade-in item. They have a printed guide that means nothing, and as they told me today when I referenced the guide: "Things change." Okay - then print up another freaking guide. I brought in a Sansa MP3 player to trade in and I was told 45 minutes. I came back 2 hours later to give them a good window, and they hadnt tested it yet. I was told it would take another 10 minutes - obviously they knew it was not acceptable to not have done it yet. 15 minutes later no one had said anything,, so I asked again. Suddenly Im told that they couldnt get it to charge properly. In fairness, they showed me two cord they were using to try and charge it and it wasnt working, but Im sitting here with it plugged into my laptop and its charging fine. Also, the prices change SO frequently that you could look something up on their website at 8AM that says you will get a $30 store credit, and by the time you get to the store it has changed to $15. The worst part is this company has ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTIONS. The stores are NOT given an internal telephone to receive or make calls, so you cannot call the store for any reason. If you write a letter via the website, it is forwarded to the store you had the problem with in the first place - and they rarely respond. I feel bad for the employees, who all seem like cool people stuck in a crappy job where they are constantly forced to apologize to people because their company sucks and treats people like crap. But at this point I would say if you have something to trade or sell, stick with craigslist or ebay!

I really do love this place dont get me wrong. But if your trying to get fast money forget it. I been going for the past 4 days to sell my phone and everyday its an excuse on how they dont have money to pay me for my phone. Im very aggravated because it caust me a lot to travel back and forth to just hope and dream that there gonna pay me for my item. Its not like I can call the store and ask it transfers u to a computer automatic message. I just dont understand how a companys register can be empty for 4 days straight.

This store on south street is very unprofessional!!!! I try to trade n my iPhone in as soon as I said I would like to trade my phone someone reply there no money in the store like I was gonna rob the place smh.. also they tell me to come back n try tomorrow . I come back the next day around 5pm n theyre a whole new staff n they tell me there no money n the store once again so I think they only deal with certain people staff are very bias n hypocritical

Never dealing with them again. They dont give you cash refunds for problematic phones THEY sell! & your "new" phone could be a lost or stolen phone! Aside from that the manager is really nice though she helped me with my phone situation. Just make sure you read the terms before you purchase a phone.

This place is great for amazing deals on used products. Such as phones games laptops and really anything electronic. You can sell things to them for cash or credit. And you dont have to worry about buying from them since they give you a free 2 year warranty on everything they sell.

If your selling used tech they pay the lowest prices imaginable. If you are buying used phones, tablets etc...the prices are very high but maybe worth it as all items are very thoroughly checked and will function as promised. Well vetted used electronics.
