I had a horrible experience at the is Trooper Walmart first the aisle I wanted to go down was full of stickers 3 plus one more entering right behind me with a trolley and of course he didnt concern hisself with getting in my way shelves are always a mess and one of the stickers notice me and was very helpful even called another store for me but they also was out of stock so l went to customer service to see if they can call another store closer to me and there were 7 workers behind the counter yet I still had to wait to be waited on and when someone finally did notice me standing there she called me over then another cashier started talking to her while she was waiting on me making a date to get nails done then she walked away and when she returned and saw the the girl was still helping me she told her that she can take another customer while on hold. again interrupting my time, but there were 4 other cashiers still behind the counter choosing not to wait on the line that was now forming behind me I believe it was 2 people 1 clerk came and waited on 1 and then walked away when the first one return to instruct what she should be doing yet it didnt stop her from walking away in the first place if she was really concerned about the customers as much as she was concerned about her self what ever happened to good customer service and when you do find one that gives good service you have another one to inking they could be doing something else that is why WalMart is no longer my store of choice

I visited here for a job interview. Since I arrived early, I took awhile to just browse the enormous store. They even have a large gardening section which is currently stuffed with all kinds of outdoor Christmas decorations. When I went to customer service to announce my arrival, the associate referred me to the nearby front end supervisor. She gave me a long, detailed chain of directions to get to where I needed to be in the back rooms. Naturally, I got lost along the way, so I asked another associate in the back for help. He seemed suspicious of my presence in the backroom without a supervisor, so he suggested that I find one. I exited the backroom and immediately found another associate who I asked for help. At least this guy led me directly to the personnel office. Once at personnel, I had to wait a good while (maybe about 15 minutes) for them to find someone to conduct my interview. It went well and they offered me the job, but the pay rate was unimpressive despite my 2.5 years of previous work experience at Walmart in the same role. Im guessing its a better place to shop than to work, but I may never know for sure.

I bought a quart of paint. I had the man working there mix the color while i continued to shop. i came back, picked it up and went to check out. put my few items in the trunk of my car. Came home and the brown paint opened and spilled all over the inside (cream colored interior) and down by bumper. I went back to the store, the manager was friendly but all he did was take my information to pass onto the claims department. Not even a question of who mixed my paint or any details. So this worker is probably still mixing paint and hopefully closing the can properly?! Its almost a week later and i still havent heard back about my claim.

Management was rude. I purchased a 700watt microwave that was sitting in a stack of microwaves with a sign for $35.00 above it. It rang up as $39.00. I immediately asked why & was told that microwave was $39.00 even after taking a picture of the stack of microwaves. Its crazy that I would be argued with over 4.00, this is ridiculous. They were both 700watt microwaves, made by the same brand & it was in the stack of 100 microwaves. Idk theyre just rude but this walmart isnt the only walmart where the customer service staff is abnormally rude.

Its a walmart and its exactly average for a walmart. If youre looking for automotive stuff or sporting goods the selection is terrible. The food side of the store is pretty good, as is the homewares section. The electronics section is also decently well stocked. They do not sell firearms at this walmart but do carry ammo, targets, and air rifles. Their sport fishing section is good. This walmart does not have a furniture section.

I dont know if its only the phone service people or not but everytime I try to call this damn store I am waiting 10-30mins to get to somebody. I almost always have to hang up, call back and ask for a manager. This is a horrible place to try to contact someone. If I could add all the pictures of my wait times I would because I have over a handful of pictures I took of being on hold for so long.

Shopping is easy but the employees dont know how to do their job. They wont even attend to ur needs. Most of them would say "I dont work in this department". They will always tell you "we dont have" when you call to ask about something but there do. But its a very good place to shop and cheap items. Tips: ask for the department manager if you need help because the employers wont answer you.

Merchandise price are fair. Store reasonably clean and organize. Services really lacking. Around 10:30 am just one cash register was open and another one monitoring self service cash registers. Last Saturday around 12:00 PM just 3 cash register were open and the air-conditioned wasnt on and the store didnt have proper lighting. Restrooms should be cleaned often.

Attempted to get a handful of items. Out of 20-something registers only 2 were open-this was around 3:30 on a weekday. There were plenty of cashiers near the front end standing around talking and trying to appear as if they were stocking and organizing register displays. After 10 minutes, I abandoned my line and items and swore Id never return to that location.

Customer service has been very much hit or miss. I asked an employee for help finding something, he told me he was on break and walked away. Frustrating. They do have a good selection, but their sporting goods area leaves a bit to be desired. Its tough to find someone in that department, and their selection isnt as good as other nearby Walmarts.

This Wal-Mart is amazing. The employees are properly trained and very helpful. Ive been to a lot of Wal-Mart stores and nothing compares to this one..even the one in KOP. This store has a lot more options in every section and the ppl are nice. I have recently moved and i still travel 45 mins to this location because its well worth the drive!

Walmart and I have a love/hate relationship. Lovely prices, disgusting bathrooms, horrifying store maintenance, moldy meat selection in the dry foods aisle. Avoid this section at all costs for risk of contracting diseases and food borne illness. Other areas of the store are messy, but of mostly good quality and definitely good prices.

Worst staff. I had a very bad experience in Vision center. The girl treated me very rudely and refused to accept a prescription for my 2 kids issued by CHOPS and electronically signed by doctor. This never happened to me before and I have been getting their glasses with CHOPS prescription for years. Im never going back there again.
