Do not deal with this store. Specifically, the clerk named Rodger... There was a bit of miscommunication regarding a pre-order I made 4 months prior to a game release to start. While Im pretty sure I already paid for the product online (not in the store), Rodger insisted that I didnt. He also said I should have received a shipment tracking number, even though I chose to ship the product to the store. Why would I be sent a tracking number, when I cant even sign for something at a Gamestop location? At any rate, I said to Rodger repeatedly that I would just pay for the game (possibly twice) and I will figure it out later. Rodger...wouldnt let it go... He then called corporate, making me wait in the store, when all I wanted to do was pay for it and leave. Another 10 minutes of waiting, only to find out the same thing...they claimed I never paid for it. "Fine" I said, "let me just pay for it and get home to my wifes dinner". Rodger continues on... He keeps apologizing to me, where I said "you dont have to apologize. Thats what Google and Yelp reviews are for. Let me just pay and get out of here." Rodger continues... "If we just read next time (meaning my confirmation receipt from 4 months ago), we can avoid this in the future". Thats when I lost it. Bottom line is, I walked out being infuriated, without the CE edition of a game I waited 4 months for, and now I have to call corporate to rid this buffoon of his job. I mean seriously (and like I told him), all he had to do was keep quiet, let me pay, and Ill be on my way. For reasons completely unknown to me, he just had to turn that screw and make me wait. Now its not even about the game for me anymore. Wifeys dinner was great by the way. She served Rosemary chicken. :)

Makes placing pre-orders a breeze, the staff is def knowledgeable and on point with the info I need to find that special game from my vague descriptions of it. They would also go lengths and call another store for me if need be to place a game to the side if its in stock at another store. I know what I want and they know what I want, and always seem to surprise me when when they give me a heads up on an import title that I havent even heard of but has great potential. Def my go to spot around the poconos.

HORRIBLE Miscommunication at this Gamestop!! A worker said and there was also signs of them running a sale on the Playstaion 3 until January but when we called back, another worker said they were never having that sale. Bad place to buy from.
