I want to reflect that some of the comments that I have read about this Verizon store in Carbondale, WOW all I could say is what is wrong with some people. I have been going there for sometime now and I have never once seen or heard one person be ignorant or disrespectful . How does one write a false information and false review, its not very ADULT LIKE.. First off the Samsung was recalled (on Friday morning)just needed to get that out there, and they recalled them due to the safety of the customer nothing a store did wrong. Again if someone going to write a review be HONEST, just because things didnt go your way shouldnt give the person the right to bash someone.. That is very unfair. Its not the store fault that Verizon Samsung Note 7 had things go wrong. It Is so sad that our society has resorted to not telling the truth, to make light of the fact that they the other individuals were completely wrong/out of line !. I m sorry I have to defend these people again there are hard working individual trying to make a living, it s sad what life has resorted to ....

Walked into the store it was my first timeon Monday June 20th but must say had great experience did not walk in to purchase just happen to stop in curious to know if they were currently hiring because Imy looking for employment as Im transitioning from the military life back to the civilian life which I was able to discuss with a gentleman named Dylan and he then asked if he could have my number to see if I had any discounts since I was military and to see what promos he could offer me or see how he could save me some money in my account even though he did tell me what I could take advantage of I didnt walk out with anything but I like that everyone in the store is willing to help or offer me a way to save (amazing customer service) I hope everything stops by even if its just to see what they can possibly do for you as a current customers or to become a new one.

Employees struggled to be professional with side comments to each other while one was answering questions I had. When I had asked about a type of phone the female was quick to cut me off and state that it wasnt a good enough phone for her. The part that made us aware we something more was going on was when both workers went into the back for a few minuets and then came out and started to tell me all about a deal I could get today if I acted right now. After coming home and calling Verizon, I learned no deal like he offed existed the way he presented it. The only thing this store is good for is paying your bill and leaving.

ATTENTION VERIZON CUTOMERS: I had a horrible experience with an employee lying about promotions and trying to label herself as a manager as I asked to speak to one. VERY unprofessional for the store to hire such disrespectful people that are suppose to be advocates for the company ... And disrespect the customers and pose as someone they are not. Very sad Verizon ... I inquired about corporates phone number and was denied by an employee stating she was a manager. I said how she was Very unprofessional for a manager and that they dont speak to their customers like that ... The girl pleaded im not a manager now please leave.

I am very disappointed with the service.......At this store....My fiance purchased a samsung galaxy note 7.......which was recalled earlier in day......Which was bad enough...but then we were miss lead on details about items and false advertisment......then to top it off very unprofessional employees......I am so disappointed I would never recommend this store.....They wont even give you the number to corporate office.....I would rank no stars if I could...........

Everyone at this location was SO helpful and friendly! No waiting, very knowledgeable and able to help me decide exactly what I needed. Michelle was the first Verizon employee to ever ask where I worked, in order to help find me discounts! (She scored me a nice monthly discount!) Highly recommend using this location for all of your Verizon needs.
