Although it is a big box store I recently purchased a 4k TV a Sharp Aquos 70" the highest class that they had as it was a great value. The sales rep Ione who I worked with just a few weeks prior I had help me. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Long story short on delivery the delivery team installed the stand in the center instead of the outside option which I prefered, then when I asked them to move it they stripped the screws and I was stuck. I was talked to someone the delivery person called and was told I would be contacted by the end of the day and someone out by mid week to look at it. This was Saturday, by Thursday I hadnt even received a call, so I called in and was told to go back to the store after calling their 1-800 #. I spoke with a manager he put a request in to have someone call me and before I left the store I got a phone call, was offered a few different options and choose one. I have owned the TV for a month and over that month have had sound issues, connectivity issues, and one picture issue with my new ps4. I began to get worried so since I was within the return policy went to the store last night and met with Luke for about 2-1.2 hours. Luke was also great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up deciding to exchange for a Sony 65" not their very best set but one step down. Went home and this morning read horrible reviews on the set, so decided to go back again and maybe pick a different one. Once again a different associate very knowledgeable and helpful spoke with me a while, and then a manager from Magnolia Rob spoke with me a while and gave me some great info. He said I have my 45 day exchange window so if I get the Sony set and the defect that people were complaining about happens, I can come back speak to him and he will help me pick yet a different one. So I feel overall the Whitehall store location has very helpful, and knowledgeable employees who will take as much time as you need to fully explain your options which is great when dropping 2-3k on a television.

Ive spent a ton of money in this store, and I have no problem with the sales help in MAC computers, or TVs, but the managers have no experience and make absolutely no sense what-so-ever. I purchased a 65 inch TV that came with a free TV. The price was greater then 5K. They told me theyd deliver the 65 inch, but not the free one. I sent my husband with the reciept to pick up the free one, and they would not release it to him. Same last name, receipt in hand, same address. Why? Because the purchaser has to pick it up. My husband asked for a manager who told him it was store policy. So if your grandma needs a TV, tell her not to buy it here because you cant pick it up for granny. Well, I was working a 24 hr shift, and it was the last day for pick-up. I called, and complained. Oh, and add that I waited 25 minutes listening to music to speak to someone (on speaker phone) because Id be damned if I wasnt going to speak to an actual person. They answered and placed me on hold another 5 minutes. (What kind of place is this?) I asked them to put it on the truck with the 65 inch and deliver it the next day. They said they could not because they came from two different warehouses. After I said, "put it on the truck, or keep it", they said my husband could now drive back and pick it up. Theyd make an exception. No way!!! They credited my account because I cancelled my 5k plus purchase. I bought three MACs at this store, and two iPads, plus accessories, cameras, ect , and I am done. BEST BUY STINKS!!!!!

0 Stars. Customer Service is broken, and so is their phone answering set-up. Took me over 20-30 minutes JUST to reach a manager to ask a simple question. Phones always direct to customer service no matter what option you choose (So dont even bother mashing any other number but one because itll take you to them regardless if you wanted to speak with Geek Squad or not.. they dont care). Hung up on MULTIPLE times waiting for my call to be transferred to a particular location. Failed team environment and snobby workers. General Manager is a joke and so is the whole store. They will outright sit there and lie directly to your face about how theyre doing fine in terms of sales and growth in the company, when in reality it is currently on a steady decline financially. Heads up, Best Buy! With your atrocious customer service and blatant disregard to great candidates for employment...youll never grow your stock OR your company worth up EVER again! You earn yet ANOTHER terrible rating for a terrible store that you people represent. You hire people who have almost no background knowledge in technology and are failing, as a result. If this is the type of work and service you deem appropriate for Best Buy (A TECH COMPANY) then you lose yet another customer for life and possibly many more. And thus, I conclude this rating with one final comment: Ill be sure to shop elsewhere and tell as many people I know about how horrible this company is. Thank you.

I went to exchange a fitbit charge 2 size large in black for a fitbit charge 2 in black size small... simple right? NOOOOOO .... they have to do it as a returned item with out receipt... which means I would get the lowest price.... WHAT???? and now I would have to pay the differnce of $29.99.... for something that was already paid for !!!!! full price !!!!!! asked for manager.... no help at all !!!! really???? so I left a very dissatisfied customer... now I am in parking lot and some one is calling out to me to stop for a moment.... asked me what was the out come in the store ? they were behind me in line at customer service.... they also left the store very upset... they had the receipt and unopened item but... it was past the return date to get back cash that they paid for item!!!! REALLY??? I called the number on the web for main customer service.... Im still waiting for them to call me back.... JV said ,"my manager Jhazel would call me back"... still waiting.... So when you go to purchase something from "Best Buy " it could turn into " Bad Buy" ......

I went inside the location to purchase a deep freezer, the staff very helpful and polite. The young lady asked for my id which I handed to her. She took all the information down incorrectly. I had my paperwork email to me. Its been two weeks and I still do not have my freezer. They called me to tell me that they was at my old address I told them I no longer live there, I move two years ago. How did they get that address was inform a misup in the store. Which is so crazy because when they called to confirm delivery they had my new address. Now I have to reschedule another delivery date. I called best buy which was no hope to cancel and now they telling me I have to wait. I will never purchase anything that needs to be deliver again from best buy. Horrible delivery services and horrible customer services. Best buy customer services do not try to resolve issues they just throw at you their policy which doesnt benefit you if something goes wrong.
