Delivery team wasnt prepared. Came in and told me they were going to have to scratch my washer and dryer unit because they didnt have a delivery blanket. My husband said absolutely not and we used our comforter from the bed to try and cover the units. One of them still ended up with a few big scratches down the side that we didnt notice til right after the delivery. They also didnt level the washer or dryer before leaving. When I called the customer care center I was originally told a gift card would be sent out to compensate for the damage when they came to level the machines. But when I called back to set the delivery appointment, the next customer service rep told me that I was lying... that the agent I spoke with wouldve never said that and that he was a good friend of hers. Absolutely ridiculous. Refused to transfer me to a manager and said that she knew he didnt say that. I asked to have the recorded call reviewed. Hung up, called back and spoke with another agent that was more reasonable to get the issue handled. They are going to compensate for the damage but the whole delivery and customer service experience was unprofessional and ridiculous for an item we spent around $2,000 on. I regret not buying from Lowes.

So I dropped off my HP gaming computer at Best Buy store number 1403 on Thursday 9/29/16 so they could install Windows 10 (I also had to buy windows 10 there too.) I was told it would be ready by Monday I was okay with it. No call on Monday so I call them Tuesday and the run around started they told me 2 times that they would call me back (no call back) until this morning 10/7/16 with the news that they had deleted my operating system and they couldnt upload windows 10..... I gave them a working computer and they gave me back a BRICK..... the computer is blank nothing in it.... I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and I was told that they was on lunch at 830pm.....

I had purchased a new expensive laptop that was very wrongly advertised to me by an employee, called them back and explained to them the situation and they told me there was nothing they could do and just kept giving me other options to the problem which is unacceptable since I was told that I would have no problems with this laptop and it is easy to use, ect. This was all after my parents and I waited in the store for almost 30 mins for someone to assist us. I will not be coming back to this store, very very unprofessional.

They have horrible customer service, both in timing and reaction from employees when I requested help. I stood in the camera section asking every employee that strayed near me for help. I was left waiting on other employees to "get help" for me because this "isnt my section". After asking the costomer service manager for help, I still recieved none. The store also does not stock large number of most items that they display, they just refer you to the larger store 20 minutes away. This store is a joke, do not shop here.

Customer service was HORRIBLE. No one at GeekSquad could help me. They past me around to 8 different people who said "so and so is who you want to talk to..." well NO ONE was helpful. I was on hold for 45 minutes than hung up on! If youre going to say I cant renew something and tell me to repurchase it, thats basically an oxymoron! Purchase and renewal were the same price, just say "okay we will get you another verification code, it is this much." Done. Uhhhh poor customer service is what needs to be fixed.

well i just have to say i will never be a customer of theirs. I recently bought a fax and all in one printer spending about 120 dollars and also bought two houses phones for around 70. I went in today to buy a nikon digital camera i asked a sales associate for help and after waiting for 25 mins i left. Went to wal-mart found the same camera for a couple dollars cheaper. Thanks best buy for outstanding customer service you do realize you are not the only place who sells electronics in the area right?

This store was terrible im generally a whitehall Best Buy shopper, I was there with my girlfriend for over an hour and couldnt find anyone to assist us. There was very minimal amount people in the store, when we did find the boys in blue they were congregated in circles and unpleasant to help us with anything. When we went to customer service the woman repeatedly made comments about how she despised white people. This was a very unpleasant experience i will no longer shop at this store.

Will never shop there again!!! management is terrible. Bought a floor model dryer finally just got it hooked up and its broken and they wont do anything about it since its more then 15 days old...Used it 2 times. DENNIS the manager was completely useless. should of known it was a red flag since there was lint in the dryer. Will be calling corporate they sold me a broken appliance and wont do anything to make it right.

Waited for someone to help us in the computer section. Didnt happen, finally had to go over to customer service and have them call someone! Looked at "blue shirts" standing around talking to each other!! If you know what you want and dont need help this place is fine. BTW I have written this while waiting for help and still no help. Going to go buy my new computer somewhere else!!

Im the last person to stick up for apple, but if your going to have a Samsung experience store in the middle of best buy it probably should be open everyday the store is. I went here to purchase a Samsung item and was told that I cant sell you anything from the Samsung store because there not open Tuesdays and Thursdays...... What???? And you open at 11 on sundays.....come on

As I was looking for very specific items , the sales associate Brad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and navigated all the items I was looking for effortlessly . I was overwhelmingly pleased that I was able purchase ( some in - store / others on - line in the store with free shipping ) everything I was looking for in one visit .

Bought an external hard drive and 19 days later it froze and became corrupt took it back and was told I couldnt return it because it was past the 14 day return policy. Then I was asked if I wanted to have it checked by the service department waited just to be told they couldnt do anything with it will NEVER buy from best but again

Its Best Buy, so its the electronic omega. Pretty good prices and you can really score if you get open box items or clearance items. Never had a problem here. Somethings are a little pricey but chances are its the only place youll be able to get that item. I know your comeback but Best Buy has an way return policy.
