I dropped off a custom confiqured Dell XPS last week and met Jim and Tyler for the first time. I had several hardware and software issues that were keeping the computer from smoothly running. They were both friendly and knowledgeable as I explained the issues I had. The computer was returned promptly and running better than new. I have done my own repairs & problems solving since my first computer since 95 or so. However I will certainly refer to Perkasie computer in the future. Thanks folks..

Jim and his staff are great! They have helped me out several times with my wifes and my computer. They know what they are doing, unlike some of the big box stores who just want to restore your computer to factor settings to fix it. Jim is the man. I was going to go out and buy a new Laptop for my Power Etrade Pro trading program. I was going to spend around $1800 for what I needed. Jim tuned up my laptop for about $250 with a solid state hard drive. the thing is lightening fast now. Highly recommended.

Beware, Jim knows computers but he does not stand behind his work. If you are not satisfied with his work thats your problem. He did a repair for me it lasted a week. He said " no guarantee thats computers " I am sorry I wasted my money & time with him.
