Customer service seems to have flown out of the window. More than once Ive had to walk around the store for a while looking for certain products. No one stops to ask if they can help, even when you obviously look lost. Then when I did go up to customer service desk and ask where a product is, they would just point to an isle that Ive already walked down multiple times. Good customer service would walk you to the item and make sure that its what youre looking for.

Great customer service. The people there were very helpful when directing us to what we were searching for. Unfortunately, their credit card machine was not working properly so I had to use my debit card and not my credit card which was a bummer, but it wasnt their fault at all. They were very courteous about the situation.

They do help better than most. It is there when you need it, personal of course, and not overbearing when you do not. Presentation is standard for a big box store but they seem to do a better job at maintaining and clean up. Advertised items usually in stock or they will call another location for you.

Im a regular customer at Hilltown Plaza Staples. I needed something finished and a lady named Ashley was extremely helpful and helped me get my business cards finished at last minute. Im always happy with the customer service I receive at Staples.

I had a great experience with staples copy center. I needed color copies at the last minute and I was treated like royalty! I never knew they had a copy center until recently and now I wont go anywhere else. This staples takes care of me!

Always have good deals and supplies I need. I get my school supplies there and they have great deals like 10 cent notebooks and 50 cent composition books. The workers let you mind ur own business and are ready at the checkout
