PLEASE READ!!!! This store is awful.... I am writing this as I have been on hold for 10 minutes now waiting for someone to pick up the phone. My wife and I went there on a Monday night with full intentions to spend up to $3000 on a Sharp Aquos LED TV. I pretty much knew what I wanted before I went there, but still wanted to see what was out there. A younger guy named Chris waited on us in the TV dept. He was good but when I asked about the difference in some TVs he wasnt sure because he had no knowledge of the higher end TVs. I said "no problem" please go get the person who does know about TVs... he left and came back... He said I was out of luck because he was the only one there who could talk TV... Really??? WTF?? this place sells electronics and TVs. Who does the training there? Anyway... I pretty much stuck with the TV I wanted anyway. So then the kid was dead set on selling me some $150 HDMI cable... I had to say "no" 3 times before he got the hint I didt want it. So as he was finding my TV... he said the store showed he had 3, but he couldnt find them... No problem I understand computers are only as good as the people operating them.. right?? So I asked him to check the nearby stores.. so he started calling them... which at that point I didnt realize that it must be common at all Best Buys to not answer the phone.... Waited at the TV desk for over 2 hours for him to try to verify who had a TV.. (He was only calling 3 stores during this time) He finally said... get this.. "Wouldnt it just be easier to pay the $100 and get 1 delivered?".. Finally with my wife waiting beyond patiently in the truck I said "fine just deliver it.... whatever Ill pay the extra hundred just so I can get out of there"... So I chose the next day between 4-8pm which they said was available.. this is where this gets even better... I left work early the next day to meet them since I dont get off until 5pm... and at 830pm that night they still werent there... Really??? so i called the store to find out whats going on. Got the manager on the phone... John. He said he would look into it and call me back... waited 30 minutes and I had to call them back... was put on hold for 15 mins by the automated system... then got him back on the phone. He said the delivery place closed at 7pm and it obviously was going to be delivered that night so he would call me back the next morning at 11am to discuss. Of coarse.. you guessed it.. he didnt call. I called them back at 430 was put on hold by the automated system and got another manager on the phone Doug... he told me that the delivery was set up for the next day between 8am -12 noon... I said "really??.. who did you set that up with? because I have appointments all the next morning and wont be at home" ... I told him I could possibly leave work early AGAIN!! and be there between 12 and 4pm that day.... So that is what I did... so at 3:50pm Doug called me and asked how my delivery went... I said they hadnt been here yet to deliver it.... So he said he would call me back...Do you want to know what he told me??... "Your TV is still here at the store and I am not sure why" ..... WTF!!! ... So he looked into it and called me back again... Told me that it would still be at my house tonight... I said "Whatever just get it here" He offered me a $100 credit back to my card, but l lost 4 times that by leaving work 2 days early for nothing....Is everyone sitting down for this.... THEY SHOWED UP AT 11PM!!!! we were in bed asleep.. it was a wednesday night.... And now I realized they never credited my card the $100 that they said they would do, which is why I am on hold right now..... I typed this entire review prior to anyone answering the phone in the middle of the day.... My advice... Stay away it was an awful experience

I stopped going to Walk Mart due to the apathetic seemingly mindless workers at the customer service desk telling me my check was not able to be cashed and carelessly doing the "next in line" shyte 3 times in a row after I had been successfully cashing my check there for 2 months straight. (Other locations cashed my check just fine TY Acme) In my quest to refuse purchasing items from Walmart Mart (which is surprisingly difficult to change variables around accordingly BION) I Chose Best Buy as my store of choice to obtain a new Prepaid Cellphone due to one other good experience and my reasonable belief that it would be a convenient experience for me. To summate quickly, my mom was allowing me a loan by placing the order online and choosing me as the one to obtain the parcel. The BestBuy website drop down menu would not allow her the option of me coming in store, so my sister who had plans for the day selflessly took me to the On Site location to grant me the same loan in exchange for my mom refunding her next day. I had already chosen the phone model and carrier online due to two flaunting (so I thought) specs. 16 gb MEM 8mp CAM. We returned to our house only for me to discover the phone made a piece of turd look savvy. I called Best Buy immediately and asked if an exchange could occur and my sister had already left for her daily plans. The customer service associate was extremely kind and said it shouldnt be a problem as long as I had a receipt. Well, it turns out they couldnt take back the Boost Mobile phone card (25$) and I had no funds to increase the Make and model of the phone, only the store credit on the receipt. They then proceeded to work with me for an hour until we obtained a Satisfactory Situation and the Manager on shift went through some expert level back doors to post void the phone card. It was wonderful to have a company work with me, and I told them I had chosen not to give Wal Mart business and chose them. Today was exactly why. Good customer service still exists and cause of that Ill get my phone cards from Best Buy, and any other random appliance.

So I purchase a computer for nursing school from this Best Buy I have changed it multiple times because of manufacturing issues. So the last time I bought a better one as per the Best Buy tech needles to say yet again I had to take it back for a manufacturer issues. I also purchased geek squad protection, I took in my computer the tech never ran a diagnostic test on my computer he asked me what was happening and said it was the mother board. He stated my computer needed to be sent out to the service center but assured me I would have it back with in 2 weeks. I told the tech I am taking summer classes and I need my computer to complete homework assignments. He reassured me that I would have it back in 2 weeks. I received a email saying it will be shipped soon, I called the 1800 number for an update of which they told me my computer was ready but hadnt been shipped because the serve center was closed on the weekend. I called the store to ask if they can email or call the service center of which the tech told me no. I asked to speak to a manager he gave me a run around the someone came on the phone saying she was the manager but she was just as unhelpful as the tech. Then to make matters worse she stated well maybe you should buy a cheap lab top until you can have yours sent back. Mind you my lab top is ready. I told her I cant afford that I have a one income come with two small children I am responsible for. I asked them when I fail my class because of the incompetence of the staff who will repay me for my class. Then I asked for the corporate number no one was willing to give me that either. If you are shopping for electronics dont go to Best Buy in willow grow PA they are rude and far from help full. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AN OTHER ITEM FROM THERE.WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.My advice to all consumers take you business to a company that will cherish your business and money you are spending there.
