I gave a single star because there is no lower option. 2004 Lincoln, purchased at full price. Air never worked correctly, they had it in their shop 9 times over the year or so I had it and it was never fixed. They couldnt or wouldnt fix the problem. BMV records show they owned the car a while and it was driven several thousand miles, there is no way they werent aware of the problem. I threw in the towel and they would only buy it back for a little more than half of what I paid for it. I wouldnt sell it privately, because it was defective I wouldnt pass the problem on. Sure they offered to fix it again (10th times a charm?), but really how many times is really reasonable? I was sick of making full price payments for a defective car that I believed they really had no intention of fixing. So, I am stuck making payments on their defective car for the next couple years, without a car and theyve already placed the trap for the next chump to buy it. The car is for sale two days after I sold it back, bet the air is charged and working now! For a little while.
