Horrible 1st car buying experience!!!! I worked hard to build my credit and got approved by my bank(Navy Federal ) with no problems. I did my research on the 3 suvs I wanted and decided on getting a Jeep . I saw the Jeep I wanted and this company had the best price and mileage for the Jeep I wanted. I test drove with my son but didnt buy the same day a couple of test drives and days later I decided to go with this company for purchasing my Jeep . Process went smooth because I called ahead so they would get the Jeep ready after all the paper work was done . I was given the option to either pick my license plate up there or have it mailed and I decided to pick it up there along with my remote for my Jeep. When I finished I realized the inside of the Jeep had makeup stains on the visor and the gentleman who does detailing informed me that he didnt have the correct cleaning supplies to clean it effectively but would receive them in a week or so I told him it was no problem he could finish detailing the car when I came back for my tags and key . I left feeling happy but I became a little uneasy when I got home and realized I was given the wrong car fax for a completely different Jeep .Which was a Different model and year . The horn on my vehicle didnt work and change oil was flashing on the dashboard . I called and returned 4 days later to address these issues. Tony said he was unable to print the correct fax at that time but would email it to me he gave me his cellphone number and told me to text him my email address and I did . He also reset the car some how which cleared the change oil alert an reattached the wiring for the horn . I felt a little better but still uneasy because he couldy print the carfax . In July my 1st temporary tag was coming up on the experation date so I called and texted to see if it was ready for pick up and I was told that it wasnt so I had to ask the tag office for an extension and I did. I called a week before my 2nd temporary expired (August 9th) and I was told it would be ready the following Friday when Alicia returned to the office I called that Monday August 7th to go see if I could pick it up before they closed and was told my tag was mailed out July 18th . Alicia stated my address changed which was the confusion and I let her know that I did not move but I chose the option to pick it up so that I could pick up my key , carfax (that was never sent ) and finish car detailing while I was there she let me know that my key still hadnt arrived and that I could go to the tag office for my license plate . It is now August 8th I purchased my Jeep may 26th and I still have no license plate , no carfax, no remote for my Jeep, and the attitude I received from Tony as well as Alicia was as if it was no big deal . I dont feel my expectations were to high I just expected a smooth professional transaction but instead its been me calling and having to follow on something they should have followed up on . I really hate that I wasted my time and money with this company . I erge you not to do business with this company ! They are extremely unprofessional! I am sweet and very patient . I am a single mom of one who works two jobs so I didnt have time or energy to follow up every week I just expected this company to honor their word . Unfortunately they didnt . Shop around before you buy from them and if you do follow up to make sure theyre doing their part !

My husband and I visited this place today looking to purchase a truck, and everyone was so friendly, & welcoming. Ive never been to a car lot where the people there actually try to help you and make you feel comfortable. We had our 3 small children & typically handling business would be hard with the kids, but the entire process went so smoothly. Most car lots try to push you into buying what they think you should buy, but they helped us get what we needed. My husband loves his truck!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!!!

Bad to buy a truck over $25,000.00 & within a week it quits on you. Have to spend over $2500.00 in shop right off the bat. They should be held responsible ! Never buy anything from here.
