I have had my van for a little over a year. It has had its problems but through the issues there have been lots of positive things. Tony in the service department has personally come to my house each time my van has had issues to pick it up and take it in. He works overtime on it and even comes in on his days off. That is dedication to the customers. He keeps me updated on whats wrong and how it will be fixed. The other person I want to talk about is the manager Dave. He is always on the phone with me when something is wrong. He has worked with Tony on the problems so I can get my van back as soon as possible and without trying to break my poscket. These two men are a wonderful asset to the company. They are caring and understanding and Im happy they are part of the team here in Richmond Indiana.

This place was great in the car buying process . This was my first time financing a vehicle so , naturally , I had a TON of questions . Ladd , the gentleman I worked with for the majority of the time , was very patient with me through the whole process and I , without a doubt , believe he really did do everything he could to make this experience as easy as possible ☺ Good quality vehicles , and good quality people !

Bought a van from them over a year ago, and it has been a nightmare of repairs, accidental double payments, and run around. If you need a vehicle try someplace much more reputable like an actual dealership instead of this credit rebuilding scheme where you overpay by more than 3 times the actual worth of the vehicle.

Iv had trouble getting someone to finance me a car when I walked into jd byrider I was thinking this is a wast of time well I was wrong the staff did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted I only had $50.00 for a down payment but I left with a car highly recommended for those who have credit issues

Speaking with the staff who was so informative and helpful, was a great experience. They went over things atep-by-step. They let me have a choice over various things and worked with me, instead of controlling every factor and telling me instead. I would highly recommend going here to anyone looking for a car!!
