I just had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealership in my life, I called Duane on Monday and inquired about the 06 Corolla they have for $995. I know it is a high mileage car (257k) and I do not expect it to be perfect, but I was inquiring for my 18 year old sister in law so obviously some issues are a concern. I asked Duane blatantly if there was anything wrong with the car mechanically and he assured me there was not. I showed up to the dealership today with $1,000.00 cash in hand ready to buy this car. Come to find out the car needs a ball-joint, exhaust work, the seat belt is almost torn all the way through, the AC does not work, the door handle is missing, that was all before we could even take a test drive. I offered $500 as that is about what the car is worth in its current condition and with the mileage. Anthony who we where working with proceeded to laugh and then try to sell my brother in law a different car and have him finance it. When I told Anthony that wasnt going to happen he said well now the Corolla is $1,200.00. I wrote Duane when I got home, obviously pissed off because he was fully ready to put my 18 year old sister in an unsafe vehicle, knowingly, and lied about its condition. He called me and when I asked him if he told me the car did not have any mechanical issues he just kept repeating "Youre not going to get a new car for $995" Long story short Duane tried getting me to meet him to fight him, when I asked for his bosses name he said he does not have a boss. This place employs manipulative lying ignorant sales people and I would advise you look elsewhere for your next vehicle.

We got our car about 2 months ago and have had many problems. Our first was that the paperwork was messed up and we almost didnt get the car and had to make several returns to the shop to get it fixed. We also had 2 issues with the brakes, the oil was dirty, and many of the workers were/are rude. Finally, today our car wouldnt go into gear so we Googled the issue and found that if we jammed the brake with my foot, it would go. It worked! We go to EZ Car, they take 3 seconds to look at it, blame my father in law by asking "Who installed the brakes?" (He only did it because they refused to help). They said that they "already gave us money off" (For issues they created) and so they couldnt help us with any more costs.... Curious, we decided to check if this vehicle had any recalls....it has 2: BOTH for brakes.... Why would they not CHECK recalls BEFORE selling them to the customer? Especially when it has to do with SAFETY concerns? This place is a JOKE.

My first car buying experience. I was apprehensive about the whole process, based on preconceived notions and whatnot, but it was actually relatively quick and painless. The salesman, Navarre Smith was friendly, and made sure to explain everything to me and walk me through the process at a comfortable speed. I didnt feel rushed, or pressured or lost for that matter, and he certainly didnt try to sell me on anything more than what I asked for. I must admit, I did not expect any of that (as we all know, car salesmen have THE BEST reputations,) so Im for sure eating my words on that. All in all, a FANTASTIC experience, would highly recommend. The other staff there were all friendly just the same so Im sure you get the same level of customer service with anyone, but if you can get Navarre, definitely do that, hes the man.

They sold us a car with electrical problems and would not fix the issue. The battery kept dying and they kept saying it was the alternator or that it was our fault for maybe leaving the lights on all the time. After buying a new batter and it dying and not keeping charge anymore again we had it properly checked and it was some electrical issue. Something that could be easy to miss. They wouldnt help resolve the issue and they were aggressive with me in trying to buy another one of their cars. They went on about how christian they were and that they would not ever try to screw us over. This whole situation has made me to believe otherwise. Dont buy from these guys.

I ran across EZ Car Connection while car shopping recently. I stopped by several times while narrowing down my search and every visit was a pleasant and productive experience. Duane Green was always accomodating and bent over backwards to work with our schedules while we looked. Everyone with whom we dealt at the dealership was professional, polite and helpful. I consider EZ Car Connection to be one of the first places to look when car shopping.

He also went above and beyond and helped my aunt Janice get a good dependable van for her an her disabled son Johnny. We just bought a 2013 Nissan altima from Navarre. We had such a great experience. I live two hours away from the dealership and didnt get down there until 8:30 at night and he stayed open for us.
