Terrible experience. A couple days ago I stop by to look at a new 2017 Escape, talked to Chad Miller. They gave me a couple ball park prices and I left. A week later I received a letter in the mail from Tennessee Ford saying “Thank you for applying to us for vehicle financing. After carefully reviewing your application, we are sorry to advise you that we cannot provide credit to you at this time or that we cannot provide credit on the terms you requested.” “Your credit score over 800” “Score ranges from a low of 250 to a high of 900” To make the experience even worse they checked my credit two times. I have also visited Dave Kirk and a couple other dealers in Knoxville. NEVER in over 55 years of buying cars have I ever been treated this poorly while looking for a new car. After receiving this letter I called and spoke with a Manager and got a lame excuse “Its Federal Law” East Tennessee Ford need not worry about me applying for anything because I will never visit your show room again

I didnt like the sales pitches, sales people, I felt pressured thus I bought a car I wasnt happy with and was extremely exhausted that night and ended up purchasing a car when I dont even like cars.i asked them if I could come back that next day and redo this because I realized the mistake I had made in my pressured choice the late night hour the night before. I had had a bad accident about a month before so I was still in alot back pain. And instead of coming back the next morning I was and felt pressured to get it done that night.i still to this day 7 months later hate this car, I hate that I got a car and hate that no one listened to me when I said I wanted a truck not a car. Yes in the end it was my fault but I needed the right salesman and I would have driven out of there in a truck hours!!!! Earlier and Id be very happy today still!! Now I STILL hate that car and I have going anywhere because its just a car. I loved my big red Dodge ram and I go into a dinkie car. Ugh

It was awful I will never deal with these people again....when a problem comes up they do not want to help. I traded my car in on a van for my family. Apparently they did not hold their end of the deal up and now I am getting calls from the people who financed my car saying I missed a payment...I have not owned the car in a month...and I have called them for three days trying to get someone to help finally had to go up there in person and get someone to talk to...I have not received my tags and now they are saying that I might receive a payment for my van in a couple of days, but they will pay the first payment and we can pay them back. No that will not happen....apparently someone did not do their job right I am severely mad...Caseys frontier was a wonderful experience Go There

I bought my very first vechicle here at the end of January its an 07 civic and its the worst decision of my life. I wanted a dependable car to get back and forth to college. One month after I bought it I took it to them to look at because it was having problems starting they told me they couldnt find anything wrong with it. I asked if they could keep it overnight because it mainly did it in the morning and they said they would call when a rental was available so I could still go to school and work but that never happened. Now a month later my warranty just expired and the car is not starting %80 of the time, turns out the starter is shot and they want me to pay them to fix it. I will never buy another vechicle here and cant wait to get this one paid off.

I will not buy another car from East Tennessee Ford. After my most recent experience I was not pleased with the actions of one of their employees. Richard was the most disrespectful person I have ever met. He was really pushy and wanted me to buy an extended warranty which I was not interested in. The sales manager Eric and Salesperson Brett were a great help in the purchase of my new ford escape as they went above and beyond to earn my business. I had a great experience other than Richard cussing down the hallway by the service waiting area. I just cant believe the disrespect that they allow at that location. He needs to go before I ever go there again!

Purchased Jeep a year ago with great results from the Jeep store. Got a call from the Ford store wanting to purchase a vehicle I had listed on the internet. Had everything set and confirmed twice before I drove 3 hours to finalize the deal. I drove 6 hours round trip for nothing . New untrained employee made a mistake and Sales managers dismissed it as no big deal. Big mistake. You dont have customers leave like that and stay in business long. I will be sure to tell plenty of others as well. Find another dealer who appreciates you.

Very disappointed again car was finally given back and still had same problem,n few new ones tried get a new or another vehicle and they said to soon after sitting here 2 hours because car has to be serviced again as of right now Im not sure if Id ever recommend anyone to ever shop here for a new or used vehicle now my second payment coming up and even though I was given my first payment back I think they miss the point of Im paying for a car thats been at shop more than I have drive it

The best dealership around, Mike Ingram, my salesperson was great, he found me a truck I could financially get into....super salesman. The service department is wonderful Derek is always ready to help me when I bring my auto in for an oil change....great bunch of people. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
