The the man over the rental department, was truly BY FAR, HANDS DOWN, THE ABSOLUTE *RUDEST *UNPROFESSIONAL *& MOST CERTAINLTY LEAST EMPATHETIC CREATURE (HE DOESNT DESERVE TO BE CALLED A HUMAN BEING, RATHER AN ANIMAL!) AND POWER HUNGRY ONE AT THAT!! That IVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE of speaking w/ in my life! -I WAS ALREADY experiencing the worst day of my life so far, and THEN, I call THIS company in order to obtain a rental car, to go to say my last goodbyes to the woman 888who raised me my entire life (although my grandmother, might as well have been my 2nd mother.) Having just found out she only had about 3-4 hours to live, & I was in a different state. All I did was simply(&nicely) ask him all the pertinent questions one would need to know if they are never rented from the company in the past. This way, upon my arrival, there would be no surprises on either of our ends, or any setbacks i.e. knowing what to bring etc, which he then hung up on me. I called back &asked if there was anyway around not having a credit card, because its personally against my religious beliefs, to go into debt. I purchase things with cash or debit cards, because debit cards only allow u to spend money that u DONT actually have! Instead of accruing DEBT via credit cards where the money is simply not there. He hung up,  AGAIN. I called 1 more x & offered to give him twice the normal deposit in cash or on my debit card or if I could bring a friend w me to sign& give their consent for me to use their card first. At this point, he was being extremely rude and said no & to NEVER contact them again& hung up on me..3xs! Let me remind you I had not told him my name or anything about me so there was no reason to discriminate me in such a way. I was nothing but a perfectly respectable lady. I called him back once more to record the conversation 3xs & asked him why he said it would initially be ok& then all of a sudden changed his mind& said in a VERY RUDE, sarcastic& evil voice & said " ha..ehh, yeah, nah, i just dont feel like renting to you, so never call us again!-& again hung up! I cannot believe my ears! I didnt think that it was legal for him to do that (oh yww, cause its NOT!) because I had all the requirements, I was completely friendly and cooperative, there was tons of availability left,& he knew what I was going through, & I even reassured him that I could have my friend drive for me, if he was concerned about me being too upset to drive. However he said "nah IM JUST NOT GOING TO  RENT A CAR TO U". SO, I GLADLY informed him, that i recorded it ALL. & it was THE MOST  unprofessional thing Ive ever heard in my life esp considering the circumstances, by simply trying to say my last goodbyes& informed him that I recorded him& would be sure to rate& review the "business" as well as exercise the use of my word of mouth..& tell EVERYBODY & let them hear the recording of this incredibly disrespectful & EVIL creature who kept me from saying my last goodbyes to the 2nd closest family member to me,& for absolutely NO reason whatsoever!! I would NEVER use this place even if they offered me a free rental on every visit which would never happen considering the mannerisms or lack thereof& that disgusting creature! However, ill be sure to spread word of mouth EVERYBODY that I know, which happens to be pretty much EVERYBODY in Crossville, ;)what happened & what all was said & let them hear the recording THEMSELVES!!!!. I promise you, if he is reading this comment right now,  you ARE going to regret your words severely, because its going to damage your business& clientele PERMANENTLY as well as one day youre going to have to stand before an almighty God to be judged for your cruelty and complete evil sarcastic and UNprofessional tone of voice to me. **Im debating at this point if I want to sue the company for discrimination or not, after all I do have the entire conversation recorded where he readily agreed to letting me rent the vehicle and then for absolutely NO reason at all! Ud NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE! INCLUDING MT WORST NIGHTMARE(him!)

I work near this business and decided to take my truck there for an oil change and tire rotation. They called to inform me that my oil couldnt be changed because my oil pan plug had been cross threaded and my oil pan needed to be replaced. They gave my an estimate on repairs, insisting that the only thing that could be done was to either drop my transmission or lift my motor to change the oil pan at the cost of almost $1000..... Its a good thing for me that I always get a second opinion... I got my truck fixed at another place today for $26.95 and that price include on oil change and new plug... DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!

Awesome, Awesome Dealership! You can be confident when you leave your car here for service or sell your vehicle by consignment or to buy a car, truck or van. We have sold one vehicle through this Dealership and will continue to use them with any others that we wish to sell. Nice to have a reliable and HONEST Dealership to use! This company also rents vehicles so if you are in need, check them out! Also to the bad review about Mr Williams, this place has never had a Mr. Williams that worked here! I think you have the wrong place, this place is in Crossville, TN.

They were the last place I thought of to get prices on new tires for my truck. I called them and they got me a better tire at a cheaper price than everybody else I talked to. They also helped me out with a discounted alignment since my truck didnt require extensive work to get it lined up. Ive dealt with them a few other times and its always went well. I was impressed and would recommend them for almost anything to do with cars!!!
