I am writing this post in the hopes that someone will read this or share this and no one will ever have to deal with what I just got handed!! Keys Please Auto Sales, in Carrollton & Villa Rica, is undeniably the most unprofessional and unethical dealership Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with!! Heres why: I purchased a car from this place in August of last year. April of this year the transmission started acting up. I figured itd be a long shot to ask them to fix it because theres no warranty. Much to my surprise, Jason (the apparent owner), agreed to fix whatever was wrong with it! We brought our car to them and they gave us a "loaner". 2 days later it started running hot and I had to replace the brakes. The car became undriveable so it just sat in my driveway. The next week we called to ask for an update. The mechanic at Keys Please told us that they thought it was just a solenoid but when they dropped the pan, flakes of metal were found in the transmission fluid so they wanted a second opinion. They waited another week and they took my car to Scott Evans Chrysler of Carrollton. We continued to call Keys Please to ask for updates and they kept saying that Scott Evans was waiting on a part or there were no updates or that they didnt know. At this point I was aggravated because no one knew what was going on with my car and three weeks had gone by so I decided to call Scott Evans to see if they could tell me anything. When I called the service manager told me this: (which I have recorded) "You cannot drive this car. It does not need just a solenoid, it needs a whole new transmission. We informed Jason of that and he asked us to just patch it up to get it by". I was flabbergasted! So I then called Keys Please to ask Jason whats going on. I was told I cannot talk to Jason. I was then told by Mandy that I was not to call Scott Evans again but to go directly through them. That was suspicious to me so I called Mike back at Scott Evans. He says "Oh yea, he just called me and told me not to tell you anything but I told him we dont do customers that way". Its now Saturday and I decide to call Keys Please again to try and speak with Jason. I spoke to Becky who put me on hold so she could "call Jason" and ask him what was going on. She preceeded to tell me that Jason had just called Scott Evans and Scott Evans said just replace the solenoid. I told her that wasnt true and she said shed get back to me. She never called back. (Again, all calls are recorded.) Its now Monday morning and I call Scott Evans to see what I can do at this point. Mike says "Hey, Jason came in today and approved the transmission. He agreed with us 100%!" I thought "GREAT!" so I called Keys Please back to confirm this and I really wanted to speak with Jason. Instead of letting me talk to him, I got yelled at by Linda and she says "We would never say just patch it up, you arent being patient, he agreed to have it replaced so just give us some time" I said okay, I dont know why yall get so angry at me, Ive been patient, Im still making my payments, I just wanted to talk to Jason? Linda says "when he comes into the office, Ill see if I can get him to call you". I said ok and we hung up. Not even an hour later I get a call from Mandy where she says "Were tired of dealing with this and we were doing you a favor so bring us back our loaner car and you can go pick your car up from Scott Evans, we wont be fixing anything." So, I go to Scott Evans today and Jason hasnt even paid his bill so I cant do ANYTHING with my car... that Im paying for. So they havent paid their bill so I can get my car back, the didnt fix a single thing that they agreed to fix and theyre taking away the loaner car, yet, they couldnt care less. I plan on sharing this story everywhere and trying to save anyone I can from their dirty way of "business". As well as contacting FOX 5 & CHANNEL 2.

This place needs to be out of business. My son bought a piece of shit car from there, Im thinking they knew my son wasnt educated enough when it comes to buying cars, there was no radio or hardly a dashboard in the car, they wanted him to pay $150 bi-weekly..my son was involved in a no-fault car accident where his car was totaled, a rude lady from Keys Please told my son to send them his insurance information so they could file a claim, in which we know that it would have been a false claim, I caught my son in time and told him do not fax them anything concerning your car insurance, if anything, they need the at fault drivers information. My son already has a lawyer, and when I called to Keys Please to talk about this matter, the lady was rude and hung up in my face twice, especially when I informed her that we have a lawyer. You may get over on my son, but not me. Im sure they were gonna claim the shitty car was worth more than what it was and try to collect off of my sons insurance. These people are a joke and they are rude. The only time they are nice is when you first go there to buy a car because they wanna make a sell, but they are some liars and a rip-off, I should call the news team on them and put them on blast publicly because writing this review is certainly not enough.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE......... They are unethical criminals my wife and i just lost my father May 7th we had to be out of the state for 2 1/2 weeks we informed them of the situation and prior to leaving gave them $150 the day we came back in town we went to pay the balence they told us the computers were down so we had to go to the other location on the way to the other location we stopped at the store coming out the store we see our car being towed away we try to talk to the man and call them immediately They tell us we know you just tried to make the payment but its to late we have your car and now we want 800 instead of 400 you just tried to pay. This was clearly a set up they did not take my payment so they could charge me double. This place should be shut down

My husband and I Were treated extremely rude at the location on Dyer rd. She wouldnt give us her name but theres a blonde lady that works there that was absolutely horrible to us words cant describe how badly she treated us and on top of that she lied to us about quite a few things. Unless you enjoy being treated like a pile of crap on the bottom of your shoe dont go to keys please. On the plus side because she treated us so badly and we went to yes auto sales down the street right after We left there and got treated amazingly by them and got a way better car.
