Dont walk away run. The truck I purchased from here only lasted one day now Im out 3,200 on repairs. Cant really blame cross auto for that but when I called to try and get some help just got the run around and they never called back. Update now front end needs new breaks and rotors also radator blown. If a sales person trys to pray over your truck tell them to keep the damn thing. And another 2,000 on repairs to the front end steering yay it just keeps on giving

Our car buying experience at Cross Automotive was the best I have ever experienced. We didnt have to wait for a sales rep to come and help us. As soon as we walked on the lot we were greeted and treated with kindness. Sale Reps/Owners were Genuine and knowledgable about the vehicle. Over All Customer Service Was Excellent!
