I would originally have given this place much more than one star. They ordered what I wanted and treated me with respect. There was an issue with the boots they ordered for me not fitting properly... I always wore a size 13 but they insisted I needed a size 12. They came in and were too small. Okay, no big deal. People make mistakes. They gladly ordered a pair in size 13. I stopped by to try them on. Well, the last used for these boots leaves them with a very low arch which crushed the top of my foot. Ive never experienced this with any other last, so Im not sure what Redwing was doing here... and I own a lot of nice boots. Regardless, the moment I said I couldnt take these boots because it literally hurt me to walk, the lady stopped talking to me, slammed the boots into the box, and took them to the back. I apologized that I couldnt buy boots that I simply would not wear, and instead of being understanding, she said "Yeah, well, you shouldve thought about that before you had us order two pairs for you to try on!" and stormed away. I told her to have a good day, but she just gave me an evil glare as I walked out the store. Theyre great if youre handing them cash, but not so friendly if you dont purchase their products. I will never step foot in this store again.

I have been looking for good boots for the past 2 months. I went to bass pro but ended returning 2 different kinds because of the comfortability. I decided to go here and try finding a pair. I found the exactly what I needed and the customer service was outstanding. After wearing the boots at work for one day, my right foot was killing me in the front. I took them back after I got of work. The manager hooked me up with better quality padded insoles for free to get me by until the shipment of boots come in to replace my boots from a factory defect. She would have replaced them right then but she was sold out. Great place! Amazing customer service!

Doesnt keep business hours that are posted on a huge sign inside the store. Be prepared that the advocates of hard work may close a lot earlier if they feel like it. In my case, 32 minutes earlier. But only they can tell actually what was the last second before they locked down and vanished.

Its Red Wing boots what more do I have to say? Service is great. Once you have bought boots from the store or the traveling trailer youll keep going back for life
