I went in here today to find a pair of shoes for a wedding. The woman who "helped" me showed me one pair of shoes for $130 dollars. I told her I didnt want to spend that much and she said "those are the cheapest shoes we have", even though I had been looking at a another pair for $90 before she came over to me. I gave her a chance to clarify by saying "in the whole store, these are the cheapest?", and she said yes. I left and bought a pair elsewhere, even spending more money because I liked the shoes and the service. In fairness, the reason I went there in the first place is because I have had good experiences there, but I doubt I go back. Remember, nice lady, just because I am wearing hiking boots and dont look rich, doesnt mean that I cant afford your shop, and just because I didnt want to spend that much doesnt mean that I wont.
